  WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. They PEED ON OUR BUSHES and broke one of our lights. They also decided to remove the bird nests in our gutters despite us telling them not to. DO NOT USE THEM. Absolutely horrible service.

  As an owner, it is disheartening to hear this. We strive to get 5 stars on all jobs, and no business owner wants a customer leave a 1 star review . Unfortunately, miscommunication between staff and crew sometimes happens. You asked to clean the gutters but not disturb a vacant birds nest (which was the cause of the clogged gutter). We did not charge for the service because of the issues and we asked how to make it right but got no response. We apologize again and hope your needs can be better met in the future.

  Had an estimate done for two smaller rooves to be done on October 4, 2023. Never heard back from them. Guess it’s not a big enough money job. Texted the estimator to find out when they would let me know after a week and was told I would have it by October 12. Still nothing and it’s October 26. Oh well, we are moving on. Three weeks is long enough to wait. Not so reliable.

  I had a leak, they supposedly repaired it, but I still have a leak. They came back but never fixed the problem. $2000 wasted!

  We are sorry to hear your are having issues still as we have not heard from you for a few years...As we told you originally you should also have had a mason waterproof the outside of the chimney. We certainly can come out to check again if you wish by water testing only the flashing and not the brick to make sure our flashing is secure. Most chimney leaks always have additional masonry work and sealing that is needed even after replacing the flashing. Please call us if you need our help. We can certainly recommend a mason to you.

  We're sorry to hear this. We never want to have unresolved issues. It's hard to help someone when there is no name on the review to associate the job with. We're hoping you had reached out to us to try to fix the issue. We're not sure if we did work for you or if we gave you an estimate to fix your leak issue. Perhaps a new roof may have been the solution.

  Called this company to get a quote for a roofing job after being referred to them by a respectable home inspection company. Was told i was going to get a quote for a roof job and it has been 3 days no response. Just plain unprofessional. They did not even bother to go on roof to see what needed to get done! Makes no sense! I would not waste my time with this company!

  It's horrible if any customer feels this way...what makes us professional is asking key questions in order to best help the customer. We asked some questions, but answers could not be given to us, as the person who set up the appointment and had the questions could not be there. We suggested rescheduling the appointment for a time when we could both meet in order to address all the concerns and questions, but it was not accepted by the customer. I don't know how that is deemed as unprofessional and/or rude.

  I would give 0 stars if I could. I contacted A&J to get an estimate on replacing soffits and wrapping fascia with aluminum. We made an appointment and their field rep, Tom, came. After discussing the work, he said they would send a crew to take measurements and then they would give me an estimate. A few days later, I noticed some water coming into my house after it rained. I called A&J again to see if they could repair it. I spoke to Matt in the office, who told me to call Tom again. I immediately did so and left a voicemail. He did not return my call. The next morning I called Matt in the office again. He said he would make sure Tom got back to me. Tom called me late in the day. He said he would come back the next morning to evaluate the repair. He showed up and took some pictures. He said he needed to discuss the alternatives with the guys in the office. This was on 2/28/18, just before the Nor'easter hit. I asked him if they could do a temporary fix before the storm started that night. He said he would send workers that afternoon. The workers never showed up. I tried calling him that afternoon and left a voicemail. He never returned my call. I then called Gary's Gutters, who showed up the next day and promptly did the work. Meanwhile, more than 3 weeks after I met with Tom about the soffit and fascia work that I originally called about, I still have not received an estimate. A&J Reliable is anything but.

With the pending snow storm approaching there are times a customer may experience delayed service/help.   We have been a client of A&J for over twenty years. They have done skylights, roof repairs, gutter services, and roof replacement over that time. Their team has always been professional and thorough. Follow up for any issues has never been a problem. Recommend them highly.

  I started to experience leaks in my roof and called you folks to come out and take a look (I've used you in the past with good outcomes). Mark came out and inspected and went over everything with me and gave me a good price on replacing the upper and lower northern roofs. (He also advised me on the powered roof ventilator fan and how that would interfere with the roof vent system.) The very next week they were able to come out and do the new install. The crew showed up bright and early, efficiently did the rip out and the install, and did a nice cleanup job afterwards. I liked how they showed me pictures of their install, including a leak that had not progressed as far as the ceiling in the room underneath on the lower roof (stained plywood under the shingles), so I won't have to worry about that in the future. Once again, an excellent job at a great price.

  The crew that came out to clear my gutters were so nice and took time to talk to me. Also, when they were finished on the roof they made sure to clean up all the debris from my deck and patio. Highly recommend!

  A&J Reliable is beyond "reliable!" They replaced my roof and gutters in 2007 and have been responsive and professional to all of our subsequent needs. None of them major, just annual gutter cleaning and checking for damage (NONE!) after a winter ice jam. The 2007 roof and gutters are going strong. Always a pleasure to do business with!

  This was the second time I have used A J Reliable they replaced my rioof and skylights 2 yrs ago and last month 2pm my gutters were replaced. They are professional organized and do a fabulous job. THEY GET IT DONE quickly without anyy drama. Their prices are very fair. I highly recommend AJ Reliable
