  Needs better communication and follow up for existing customers. Always get a recording when I call and they will not give the name of the person who is in charge of the roof roofing repairs. Only a generic email comes and they do not wish to speak with customers. They Do not stand by their work and I’m very disappointed

  We both know that this about how you shattered the glass of our chandelier, while installing our new roof, and refuse to pay for it to be replaced, because it can not be fixed.

  Did a great job with our roof replacement in 2026. Answered many questions with reasonable and knowledgeable answers. Job was done quickly, and the cleanup most almost perfect. There was such a wide range of quotes we got, but we definitely feel we landed on the best combination of quality and price. No long sales and upsell.

  They replaced the support beam under the entrance deck because it was rotted, and they did an excellent, very clean job. I highly recommend this company.

  Like everyone else, I had an ice dam after the last big storm and water leaking into my house through the top of my picture window. One phone call to Segelman Shaw and they had guys there within a few hours. Problem solved!!! Thanks, guys. 🤗 …

  I received very quick help when my gutters were frozen over causing water to come into my house. They even checked back in a few days later to make sure things were okay!
