  Workers using you’re company truck which I would assume is because it has the company logo on it was trying to take a left turn while pedestrians (a kid) was crossing still drove up damn near 10 to 5 feet from the crosswalk while the pedestrian had just began walking meaning the vehicle was literally right in front of the pedestrian. Whoever was driving should face consequences if they think or believe where they need to be is more important than a human life crossing the crosswalks when the light to cross is obvious and visible and still drove close to try to pass.

  I had this roofing company come out in March 2021 to do a repair. I thought I got a good deal as they were cheaper than some other companies. But just recently in October of 2021, it started to rain. Which I noticed a leak in my bathroom vent. I had called them out to check on it again, but my mother in law was home at the time mind you. The unprofessional treatment she received from the team was unbearable to listen to when she told me what happened during their visit. They made it seem as it was our fault on why it was leaking and were very rude and very unprofessional. But you live and learn that sometimes cheaper is not always better, in my opinion go with a roofing company that has a longer report with the community more referrals and has been in business alot longer than 10 yrs at least.

  Tri-Cities roofing was an awesome experience for us. First off they came out for our bid in a timely and professional manner, when some of the other roofing companies didn't even show or follow up for the bid request. Second they were reasonably priced and competitive especially considering we had a flat roof with underlayment damage and some truss repair. And they were professional, clean and a such a friendly crew. We did our garage and will definitely be having them come.back to your house in the spring!! Well deserved 5 state review.

  They replaced our roof and did a great job! Very happy with it! Very professional and a family owned company that takes pride in their work. Communication was great and the workers finished our two story house very quickly. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. I highly recommend Tri-Cities Roofing!

  Tri-Cities Roofing, LLC has one of the most efficient crews I've ever seen. I called them for an issue we had on our eves but our entire roof needed to be redone. When they were removing the old shingles it turned out all of the sheeting over our house and everything over the eves in our garage was warping, delaminated, oddly wavy and overall in bad shape. They expertly removed each sheet then almost immediately replaced it. They had one crew working the front and another working the back to tear up and replace the sheeting. They all worked extremely hard. Even though they had to replace all the sheeting they still got the job done in a few days. The third day they only needed a smaller crew since our garage didn't have as much sheeting damage. We were home so we had the pleasure of watching the entire process. They cleaned up nails and debris every night before they left. The roof was installed accurately and looks absolutely beautiful. They even tossed in replacing the roof on our shed to match. Several of the people working for the company are actually owners. Including 3-4 of the men on the roof. The estimator and manager are also owners. I think this is one of the reasons why they are so efficient. They are all highly invested in doing a great job. Their pricing was really reasonable and they were fair on the cost of replacing the sheeting. I would absolutely use them again if we had the opportunity or would refer them to friends and family. We are very pleased with their work.

  The team from Tri-Cities Roofing did a great job and had the best price out of the contractors that provided quotes. Very happy with the results. When there was an issue with the initial install, they were back out the next day to correct the problem.

  We had our composite shingle roof replaced by this company recently and could not be happier. They started our project promptly on time and finished efficiently. The communication was excellent. They meticulously cleaned up and left us with an expertly installed roof that not only looks perfect, but we expect it to last for a long time. Very competitive pricing. Highly recommend this roofing company!

  Tri-City Roofing replaced all my plastic vents with metal vents. Plus fixed the roof shingles around the vents. The crew was early and set up ,started on time. They were very polite and respectful. The work was done , cleaned up , and everything explained clearly to me. Very nice working with Poco and his crew. I would use them again, also because they were honest with me and didn't try to sell me more that I needed.

  I had some old weathered roof vents that were leaking and causing water damage inside my house, Tri-Cities Roofing came out, identified the problem and had them replaced right away… Great customer service and price!

  Team worked fast. Quality of work was excellent. Recently had several days of 60mph winds plus and no shingles were lost. Highly recommend.

  I first had experience with this company after heavy wind blew off shingles. They repaired it quickly. This year we had more wind damage so I had them replace the entire roof. Great experience with prompt service, friendly staff, and reasonable price. Highly recommend!

  First time customer here. Had the ridge cap of my garage repaired due to wind damage and these guys were able to come out fast and repair it for a very reasonable offer. I’ll be using them for sure in the future.

  Tri Cities Roofing did an amazing job on my house and shop. The workers were polite, friendly, and hard working. They kept me updated on any issues. They also added fascia and soffits to my shop. That really finished the shop and changed how it looks. Highly recommend them.
