  would never hire these people to do any work, they have reckless drivers who nearly killed 3 pedestrians.. do not support this company no apology had been made or no statement if driver was removed from having company vehicle access. in general do not support at all.

  I highly recommend that anyone considering working with this company proceed with caution. While they may appear professional at first, my experience revealed significant issues that caused serious frustration. They do not itemize there quotes. When I requested an itemized quote they basically told me they can't do that, I told them I would purchase from them unless I saw what the charges would be. They finally agreed to send me and itemized quote. There prices are by far the highest of anyone I quoted. They had a $1500 management fee on top of the labor to install the shingles + the markup on the product. There communication is slow and there quotes disappear after a few days so you can't view them anymore. If you want to see your quote you have to reach back out to them and wait again for them to send. The process is very unprofessional. Glad I shopped around and was able to save thousands of dollars.

  I contacted Royal Roofing and talked to a rep named Ruben. He sent me a quote for a damaged roof repair, I accepted the quote and he scheduled the work. The day the work was supposed to be done they didn’t show up. I called their office and asked to speak to Ruben he would not return my call. No explanation no excuses they just blow of the job, I don’t know how a company like this stays in business.

  Mike Chavez at Royal Roofing was terrible to work with on our commercial project in Moses Lake. Communication was horrible. Rarely returned emails. Voicemail was full all the time. Text messaging would take days to get responses. Crews didn't show up when promised. Left equipment on site for many months. Not going to contract with Royal Roofing as long as Mike is running the commercial side of the company.

  Did an awesome job! Freddy gave the Best bid out of all I had and also did a super good job cleaning up after themselves and a swing all my questions. They even painted all the exhaust pipes black to match the roof. Excellent work!!

  Freddy and his crew at Royal Roofing are the BEST!!! They were fast and did a GREAT job on my mom's house!! Best price I could find, too! I would recommend them to ANYONE!!

  A year ago, with the recommendation of a neighbor, I had Royal Roofing come out to re-roof my house. They did a fantastic job. From the start, there was great communication on the bid and work schedule. The crew did quality work - the end product looks great! This year, I had Royal Roofing back out to re-roof the barn - again another quality job. The job manager Ruben, was a pleasure to work with and to top it off, he shared drone photos taken throughout the job. Well done!

  New roof! You would never know these folks were here in my yard there was absolutely no mess no damage to the plants or yard it was perfect

  We have a pretty extensive roof and a couple of skylights. We could not have been happier with the service we received from Royal. Everything from the quote to the completed project was done in a timely professional manner. The project team arrived on time with the proper permits and even an onsite toilet. The site was kept clean at the end of each workday and safety was their main concern during the project. Would highly recommend this company.

  Had some roof vents damaged. Called Royal and they were at my house that day with an estimate and the roof vents were replaced the next day! The workers were on time and very courteous! Royal Roofing is a company you can trust!

  Great experience working with this roofing company. Communication was clear and consistent throughout the whole process. They really stood out by providing before-and-after drone photos, which made it easy to see the quality of their work and gave me confidence in the job. Everything was done efficiently and turned out great. I’d definitely recommend them for roofing or ventilation work.
