Roof replacement. Dishonest! Be warned! They will meet any other bids from other roofing companies and then when they begin work they add on more money to finish the job. I would go with Silver Bow!!!

  Reply from the business

Hi Brenda, I'm sorry to hear about your experience. But we match the price of Silver Bow becuase of your Buyer was askimg to be us, and we tell you that if there was Damage Plywood that would be extra and the Whole Building Plywood was Damage.. Thank you for your feedback.

Cedric came to my house to look at a unique issue. We had a great conversation and he said he would talk to staff and write up an estimate and get back to me in a few days. That was over three weeks ago. I have called and texted numerous times and nothing. Very unprofessional. If you can't do the jobs just say that so I can find someone who can.

I am so sorry to hear that but he stopped working with us in that time but thank you for the feedback and for letting us know what happened I will talk to my staff to be more responsibility thank you!!

Got a bid and had questions. I sent an email and after 3 days telephoned them. After waiting another 4 day and no response contacted another company to re-roof my house.

Above the Rest Roofing came out and replaced our old roof for a new one. The roofers always arrived on time and worked very hard in extremely high temperatures. They always made sure to clean up any debris left at the end of each day and did a beautiful job on our roof. The price was very reasonable and we would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to replace their roof.

Antonio gave us a fair bid. Wanted to wait until mid-May (after winds) to have roof installed. It took two days to do the install. His workers were courteous and pleasant. Did not have to put out a cent until Antonio returned five days after completion to inspect and collect the entire amount. Very satisfied with the company and the workmanship.

Contacted a few different contractors to get bids on the roof damage caused by age and our most recent wind storms. Decided to go with Above the Rest, Inc. on the recommendation of my neighbor who had them put on a new roof. I called and left a message and was contacted by Antonio within the hour. Antonio came out same day to provide estimate and was professional in his appearance and demeanor. He did not ask any payment up front until the job was completed and inspection done. The crew came and took off all the old roofing, cleaned all the roof deck and put down underlayment, cleaned up and hauled everything away in one day. Roofing was delivered and a crew put all the roofing on top of the roof ready for the crew to return a couple days later. The crew came and within one day we had a new roof! They did a great job getting roofing placed, new vents, valley's flashings, boots on vents, drip cap the whole job was from start to finish amazing. Antonio was great to work with communications were fast and follow-up to any questions or concerns were immediately addressed. I would recommend Above the Rest Roofing, Inc above any of the roofers I had come in contact with. Thank you to the crew and Antonio and Daniel for creating such a great company.

Tony and the team at Above the Rest Roofing are absolutely top-notch. From start to finish, the entire experience exceeded our expectations. They replaced our roof with incredible attention to detail, and what really stood out was their integrity—they went above and beyond to fix issues that weren’t even done correctly when the house was originally built. It’s rare to find a company that combines this level of craftsmanship with genuine care for their customers. Tony was professional, communicative, and truly kind throughout the entire process. Pricing was very fair and competitive, especially considering the quality of work delivered. If you’re in the Tri-Cities/Kennewick area and need roofing work done, I can’t recommend Above the Rest Roofing highly enough. Five stars all the way.
