  Our roof was old and we knew it needed to go, not just get patched here and there. TRC came out and gave us a clear rundown of what a full replacement would cost and how long it would take. They tore the old one off and had the new roof on in a couple days. The work area stayed reasonably clean and they hauled everything away when they were done. New roof looks sharp and the house feels more solid now. No complaints about how they handled the job!

  Took a while to pick a roofer because there are a lot of options when you start searching around Lake in the Hills. TRC stood out because the estimator actually got up on the roof instead of looking from the driveway like one of the other companies did. He came back down with photos and pointed out a few things I had never noticed, including some lifted shingles near the back valley that were probably going to be a leak in another year or two. The quote was detailed. Install happened a few weeks later, took two days, and the crew was efficient about it. They put down protection over the landscaping before they started and I was glad about that because I have some plants right against the house. The new roof has been on for about four months now and it has held up through some rough weather.

  Our roof was leaking in multiple spots and patching wasn't going to cut it anymore. TRC came out and basically confirmed what we already knew - the whole thing needed to go. They replaced the whole roof on our Lake in the Hills property and we haven't had a single issue since. Dry through every storm so far.
