  Showki will do as he says... but don't believe he's the nice guy that he pretends to be when you first meet him!

  If I was able to rate this business ZERO stars, I would. My mother called Peerless Roofing to come and check out our roof that seems to be leaking. A roofer by the name of Showki Badran came to check out the roof, and he literally took less than 5 minutes to evaluate the roof and said "I can fill in the holes in your roof for $300 bucks, but I need to do it today and I can't come back to do it later because I am way too busy". When my Mom asked if he has a guarantee for his services, he said, "I am not going to guarantee that. You are paying for my expertise. I don't have x-ray vision, and I wont take on your problems." This is an unacceptable answer and completely RUDE! If he cannot guarantee his services, then what is he doing in roofing? We felt like he was just trying to rip us off and get some money fast. Will never call them again for their services.

  Had a great expirence with peerless, from the inspection to the estimate process, to the actual work, everything went smoothly, was communicated clearly and effectively. Something that differentiated them from others I had quote the work done was they were down to the point. Others tried to claim I needed more than what was actually needed. Peerless was transparent about the work being done and needing to be done. Would recommend, 10/10.

  Blake, Kyle and their team were very professional. Blake answered his cellphone on the spot and made the entire process stress free. They even came out a few days later to check for more lost nails in the grass. I honestly wish every company out there was this good. Thank you!!!

  I'm extremely happy with both the price and flawless execution of the job. There was a team of 14 men that worked incredibly well with each other. There was also excellent communication with myself during the entire process.

  We had reached out to peerless over the July 4 holiday weekend, and by 10:30 AM Monday, Blake was standing on my front porch! He inspected our roof, and the water damage in the ceiling in our front room and diagnosed the problem immediately. The quote for repair and the repairs themselves were effected most expediently, professionally and competently! We are very happy with the quality, value, and professionalism with which everything was accomplished! Highly recommend utilizing Pearless Roofing for your next roof repair or install installation!   Blake from Peerless Roofing was very professional and made the entire process of having our roof and gutters replaced a pleasure and stress free experience!   I am in awe over this company’s integrity and customer service. I sent a message to their website looking for an estimate on possible roofing maintenance or replacement. Blake responded quickly setting up an appointment with Kyle for a free inspection and quote. Kyle had great communication and arrived on time. After the inspection was done, I was informed that my roof was in good shape and didn’t (yes I said DIDN’T) need a replacement nor any work done! Peerless roofing didn’t try to sell me on work I didn’t need and helped set my expectations of what to look for and timing of when I would need to start considering a replacement. PHENOMENAL!! It’s so rare these days that you interact with a company that doesn’t try to sell you on work just to make a buck. I can see why this company has such high ratings. I’m so so impressed and when I do need work to be done- THIS is the company I’ll be using!
