  I got my Warranty, Sunday Morning at 5:00AM. Same as the work on my house, in my opinion sub-standard. I have attached the message to document this post. TRRLLC says "I'd take this down. You will see what my Hot Shot Lawyer has. Same throughout my communications with TRRLLC, always, you better watch out. Thanks for the warning, Is that another threat? I'm an old man, I have done countless "my word is my bond" transactions. TRR LLC has not been one. Travis Rylee Roofing I entered a Verbal contract for TRR to replace screws in my metal roof. He not only didn't replace a single screw, his crew just put caulk all over the old screws. When I talked to Travis about the failure to perform our contract, he asked if it leaked. Told me they did a 'tune up.' I've been a certified Home Inspector for years, never heard of such a thing. I took him to court, he hired a lawyer, the lawyer presented TRRLLC defence. I didn't have 'Travis Rylee Roofing LLC' on the court filing was the defence. I trusted Travis. My wife, who has suffered from a stroke, is in a wheelchair. It's a one hour drive to court. After pushing a wheelchair around the courthouse, going thru metal detectors, taking my shoes off, my belt, pushing my wife onto elevators, going into the women's bathroom with her, sitting for hours in court? Is it worth it? All for 2500 dollars. I would have continued with the case but after mediation TRR would not go forward without a 'dismissal with prejudice', meaning I cannot bring another suit naming TRR LLC. With the possibility of the Judge awarding TTR attorney fees of over 3,000.00. I chose to forfeit the case. Travis Ryler Roofing LLC prevailed despite the companies failure to perform the contract, I just didn't put the correct name on the filing. Hope he feels good, 2,500.00 from 73 year old man that couldn't be on the job to watch his crew work, and a woman suffering from a stroke, in wheelchair. That's some expensive caulk on my roof. Do the right thing,

  Had a roof installed by these guys and it started leaking. I called them and they blew me off and never came back.

  I am very happy with my new roof. Travis is easy to work with and makes it easy to work with insurance claims. He was on time through out my project and so was his crew. His crew were professional, you could tell they cared about their work and my property. I will recommend TTR to my friends.

  Travis and his team are detail oriented and believe in customer first. This company communicates, and is highly organized. Travis Rylee Roofing is Clean, Responsible, Honest with excellent service. They show up on time, do what they say… and their prices are great! I trust the BEST!

  This company is amazing and everything you want them to be. They are on time, hard working and see to the details. Travis is honest and straightforward. The price was wonderful. My roof is amazing. Don’t look anywhere else. I’ve done your homework. I’m picky and expect the best.They have heart.

  Great customer service on a small problem with roof. Was there same day and had contractor on site next morning. This was after install over 1 year ago. If you need a roof call him first for estimate. .

  Mr. Rylee was referred to me by my inspector. He came out to the house to review needed changes from a previous job/company and promptly sent a quote that same day. It is rare to receive the level of service and urgency he provided and I very much appreciate it.
