  My husband reached out to this company since they did a roof in our neighborhood. We needed a roof repair. I guess since our repair wasn’t a large money maker, we weren’t a priority. My husband missed two days of work because this company told him they’d be over the next morning. They wouldn’t contact him all day to tell him when they would come by. They wouldn’t answer his phone calls. They just kept saying they’d be over the next day. We had rain leaking into our bedroom and they KNEW that! This happened four times. After the very first time it happened, I told my husband to hire someone else, but he tried to give this company another chance. Clearly, this company did not want our business, so we have hired a roofing company that actually does. The company we hired came out WHEN they said they would. Keeping your word is important as a business. If you can’t make it when you say you can, PICK UP THE PHONE AND SEND A TEXT OR MAKE A CALL. It’s COMMON COURTESY. I don’t know where the other 5 star reviews for simple repairs came from in which they rushed out for. Those reviews were the ONLY reason I had my husband call this company. Well, those reviews weren’t what we experienced in August 2025. I do not recommend this company if you are needing a repair. They only want the big jobs.

  After being turned down twice by State Farm, Rico Posada took over and presented a package of his findings and we were approved! The install team did an amazing job! Very careful of our surrounding plantings which all survived the demo process. Clean up was first class! I can not say enough good things about my experience with Mr Roof! Dealing with insurance companies is a nightmare at the best of times, but Rico and the team made it easy!

  I'd like to commend Aaron and Mike for their thorough and honest inspection of my roof. Though there was some minor wind damage, but it wasn't enough to warrant a new roof. Rather than submit a claim and waste the insurance company's time, they were honest and upfront with their inspection. In the future, should I need a roof, I will definitely contact MrRoofGa.

  We have loved working with Mr. Roof for our roof replacement! Daniel and Jimmy walked us through every step of the way, including insurance processes, answered all of our questions, and were very prompt, communicative, and professional. The full install was done in one day and they came back a few times to ensure a thorough cleanup. Many of our neighbors have also used this excellent company and we would absolutely recommend them to all!

  Over three years, I tried to get my insurance company to approve my claim to replace my roof. I used two different companies as well as 2 independent adjusters and could never get anything approved. I met Mr Roof’s Rico Posada who got on the roof with my insurance’s representative and in a week he got the job approved. Rico worked closely with Mr Roof’s roofers making constructive suggestions impacting how good the roof looks plus contributing to getting the job done in one day. The roofers were very good and stayed on task. They covered everything around my house to avoid collateral damage. The roofers finished my roof and cleaned up the same day before dark. They did a great job on the roof and cleanup. Several of my neighbors commented about how good the roof looks and how hard the roofers worked.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t recommend Mr. Roof highly enough! From start to finish, my experience was exceptional. Cade Tumlin was my representative, and he made what could have been a stressful process incredibly easy. I originally called just to get a few quotes to replace some roof vents that had blown off. During his inspection, Cade discovered storm damage to my roof that I hadn’t been aware of. He carefully documented and marked everything for the insurance company, which made the insurance inspection seamless. I have Allstate, and I was also very impressed with their inspector and how smoothly the entire claims process went. Cade and his dad, Shaun stayed through the entire process. Cade walked me through every step, answered all of my questions, and was knowledgeable, honest, and ethical throughout the process. There was never any pressure, just straightforward advice and outstanding customer service. The finished product exceeded my expectations. They upgraded my shingles to a premium level, installed beautiful black 6-inch gutters and downspouts, replaced the roof vents, and the final look is absolutely stunning. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are outstanding. The installation crew and foreman were fantastic. They arrived first thing in the morning and had the entire roof completed by around 4:00 p.m. They worked efficiently, kept everything organized, and delivered exactly what they promised. The quality of the workmanship is excellent. With so many roofing companies out there, it’s hard to know who to trust, but I can say without hesitation that Mr. Roof earned my confidence. They’re a family-owned company with years of experience, and it shows in every aspect of their work. If you’re wondering whether your roof has storm damage or whether your insurance may cover a replacement, I highly recommend giving Cade Tumlin and the team at Mr. Roof a call. I’m so glad I did!

  Rico and the Mr. Roof crew did a terrific job at my home in Suwanee. And it wasn’t just the high-quality installation… Rico expertly managed the entire process from inspection of my roof through final cleanup. I particularly want to thank Rico for negotiating with the insurance company on my behalf, making sure that I received the most coverage possible. He communicated clearly with me all along the way, providing helpful updates at every step. I received a detailed estimate up front, and the number on it is exactly what I paid. I’m thrilled with my new roof. If you’re looking for an honest, hard-working contractor who will do the same for you, give Rico and Mr. Roof a call. I highly recommend them.
