The only one or two-star review we hold for Bullard Exteriors.

After I signed a contract for my roof replacement the company came back to me and wanted nearly an additional $1,000 dollars in “upgrades” that were already listed on the first contract. They do not have any set prices, they just monitor what your insurance covers and demand every dollar even if it’s not part of their work that’s done.

Working with Devon, Nelly, and the onsite team was a delight from start to finish. They installed a new roof on our old home. They were professional, communicated clearly and often, and were always accommodating. They were recommended by our insurance agent, and really know their "stuff." Great job!

Devon’s team has done a couple different key projects for me on the house including a new deck and some chimney work. His guys are reliable, do high quality work and they hustle.

Devon made sure the bricks falling down on our house was fixed like how it was when the house was first built. Communication was good, price was fair, and the speed and professionalism of the work was great.

We had our roof redone by Bullard Exteriors back in November, and they did a wonderful job from start to finish. No issues at all with the roof since the job was completed four months ago, and I haven't found a single nail in the yard (which is amazing). Devon's communication with us through the whole process was perfect- he answered all our questions and partnered with a public adjuster to handle the insurance side of things. We would 100% work with him again.

Bullard replaced the corner boards on my chimney with composite and repainted the whole chimney. They paint matched the paint and you can't tell a difference. Devon, the owner, is very kind, caring, and knowledgeable. He did not push unnecessary repairs and gave honest advice. Do not hesitate to call them.

We called Bullard Exteriors about fixing a shutter which was broken in a recent wind storm. Nellie in the office was extremely helpful and courteous. Robbie, who came out to the house, was punctual, efficient, and knowledgeable. He even checked additional shutters for us. We would definitely use Bullard again!

I spoke with the main office person who was warm and courteous. She was able to arrange for roof evaluation the following day. The technician arrived promptly and after examining the roof , he consulted his boss. He fixed the loose shingles for free. I am impressed and will be a customer for life. I know that I will be treated fairly, promptly and professionally.
