Please avoid getting work done with this company. Destroyed my roof and caused my celling to cave in. They Didn't screw back in sky lights, left a mess on my roof, Caused unnecessary leaks. The icing on the cake caused my celling to cave in where the air conditioner is located. When James Mosher the owner finally called me back after several attempts to call me in the matter, he hung up on me refusing to fix the damage of the leak their company caused. Please please do not use this company to fix your roof. Very unprofessional. I got my roof done in 2021 and was told I had a lifetime warranty. What good is that if they will not fix issues they caused.

I strongly advise that you not do business with TPC Roofing. More importantly, if you hear or see the name "Wyatt Green," run quickly the other way. Very poor communication, and very poor Finance Department. I had 3 different GC's, they added $1,000 cost last minute, and the whole process took over 5 months. I have screen shot from Wyatt...very unprofessional.

Hi Charles, you have left a review for the wrong company. We are a New Mexico commercial roofing contractor and provide services only in the state of New Mexico. We are a commercial contractor performing public works for our local cities and state. Unfortunately, we have received some phone calls from people in the Florida area with a very similar story: a fraudulent company in Florida operating under our same name gets peoples deposits and then either vanishes into the night or provides very poor service. We are a small NM company, and do not have anyone named "Wyatt Green" working here, nor have we ever; we also don't have a Finance Department. Please have a look at our actual company details in our website and on this Google profile that you left your review, and you will see that we are located in Rio Rancho, NM, and roof commercial buildings like schools, hospitals, and community centers. I'm so sorry that this other company took advantage of you. I do ask, however, that you please remove your review from our company profile as we are not the people that did you wrong. Thank you for your time.

I have to agree and echo with all the great reviews I have read on TPC. Drew, crew, and office staff provided professional , timely, and courteous service and assistance. Drew and crew arrived to replace the roof on our patio cover, the process was organized, thorough, great appearance, and quality products. Clean up 100%. Very happy with service and our new roof!

From start to finish, the entire process was professional and efficient. They replaced my tar and gravel roof with TPO. The estimate was presented promptly and provided a reasonable quote. The crew showed up on time, was respectful of the property and even finished ahead of schedule. They also removed an old, rusted swamp cooler and disposed of it with no additional charge. The boss even paid a visit to the site. Special thanks to Drew Garcia who went above and beyond to insure that I was a satisfied customer.

I have a leak in a silicone roof causing much damage inside the home. I called TPC and Orlando came within a day of calling them and performed thorough testing determining exactly where the leak was. Though tpc won’t be able to do the work, He referred me to other professionals who can do the work. Great meeting him- made me feel better about the whole repair process. I would call them again if any need arises.

Not only did they do a great job replacing our roof, but they took care to get our solar disconnected and re-connected as part of the job. I didn't have to find a solar contractor separately to do that work. They were quick, efficient and now our roof looks wonderful again!

We greatly appreciate your feedback Tess! We're so glad you're excited about your new roof, and are happy we could assist with your solar array as well. Thanks again!

We ended up having a few issues with a previous employee but Orlando came out, checked out our concerns, and fixed everything! Both Holly and Wyatt in the office were outstanding as well! Orlando is now our go to for any roofing concerns.

Hands down the absolute best company to do business with in Albuquerque. I was very unsure on replacing my TPO roof but from the very beginning Orlando explained with great detail what they were providing and even worked me into their very busy schedule to get the work done super quickly and efficiently! All the employees were wonderful and a pleasure to have work on my home. Can’t recommend them enough! If you want it done right, professional, and super responsive office and workers this is the company for you. Trust me when I say they are worth every single penny.
