  I had a leak in my roof that needed immediate attention. I called and spoke with Vince and he told me he could schedule me for Monday. I asked what time and he said 7:00 am. I let my manager know and took my personal vacation time to be able to be home . Monday comes and no one shows up so I call and he did not answer and sent a text and got no response. I then have someone call from a different number and he immediately calls back. Vince then states that he said he would contact me the following week and denied ever scheduling a date and time with me. He is then asked to please send a quote so we can get this scheduled. I never received a quote or a call back to schedule. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and the poor treatment that I received as a customer.

  Hi Antoinette, you had previously reached out to us for the same issues with your roof around the air conditioning unit which you had removed and we had given you a quote to take care of it which you agreed on us having to do you called us back a couple of days later and canceled on us and said that you did not need our services Now you reached out to us again and you said that you needed it to be taken care of and we told you we would be happy to take care of it for you. It was gonna be it would come with a cost. We did send you an email which I have a screenshot to show you to show you that we will take care of it, but it would be a cost out-of-pocket Now when we told you that there was a cost out-of-pocket you told us that you didn’t want services so we are happy to go out there and take care of this for you if you would kindly remove this review as this is an inappropriate representation of what our company stands for

  I had lots of problems but the owner gradually worked to get them cleared out. First the good: this company was the low bidder. His communication was good; he was always respectful when I talked to him. The bad is that their crew on the old roof tear off yanked out a pressurized plumbing pipe which flooded six apartments. I offered and let him make many of the repairs from the floods and he did and some of the work was done competently and some not; overall, it took too long so I had to get others to do the damage repair but that really isn't typically a roofing company's business. The roof was not done right the first time. Part of the insulation was not installed properly under the flat roof and, though it was obvious, they didn't tell me and I had to get up on the roof and find it for myself when I saw water pooling in those places. After I did call them out on not doing the roof right, they did come back and repair it properly. Also, they didn't seal the parapets properly after they cracked them putting on the roof material so rain may have damaged the structure from that. They had the new roof slope and empty all one direction to the back of the building (which was probably cheaper and easier roof to do) instead of the previous roof which was draining on all 4 sides so all the water going to the back has caused a second flooding problem which has already damaged one of my apartments. However they say that they will fix that and I have reason to believe they will fix it because I demanded and they eventually paid for damages from the flood. More updates later.

  Wonderful workmanship, responsiveness and availability. Even better customer service. Vincent worked with me regarding timeframe, and completed the job one day sooner than expected. The guys that did the job were so kind and left my backyard in the same way they found it. Will absolutely recommend and use for other projects. Thank you so much for my beautiful new roof.

  RVAM put on a new TPO roof system for my family in June of 2022. They found that the previous roofers had broken code and placed 3 layers of Tar & Gravel when 2 is the max allowed. There was so much damage that most of the deck boards needed to be replaced. RVAM did a thorough inspection of all roof surfaces, parapets, Canales, exhaust and venting pipes. At one point, one unfortunate guy fell through a section of garage roof because of the serious mistakes made by the previous roofers (from before my wife and I bought the house). RVAM replaced all of our flat roof surfaces with TPO, checked integrity and flashing of our slopped roofs. At one point the crane service missed their appointment by so many hours that they would not be able to complete before the end of the day, so Vincent (the owner) offered to pay for a hotel room so that my family was out of the elements! Great Service, making up for the mistakes of others. For 2 years everything was great. Then June 2024 we had a major leak again. Once again the owner Vincent gave up his time after work and on weekends to help us find the problem. It was difficult but he was diligent to find that the gutter installers had seriously damaged the exterior wall under and behind a canale collection box. RVAM was proactive to check with us after storms, quick to respond when we had issues, and diligent and professional to mitigate even other contractors mistakes. Vincent is a great guy with a dedicated crew. He was caring about my family in times of stress, and thorough in his craftmanship. RVAM is a TRUSTWORTHY, HONEST, DILIGENT, PROFESSIONAL, CUSTOMER ORIENTED, and Locally owned business.

  Shout out to Vince Martinez-This guy is ON IT! I called him on a Sunday after coming eye-to-eye with a giant ceiling bubble. He came out later that day (did I mention it was on a Sunday!).
