I paid Elite Roofing and Constrution $11,000+ to order material and set-up a start date. This all transpired in 02/2025. I kept being told, on the few occasions I was able to make contact, that there were several jobs ahead of me, or due to potential bad weather I start date could not be scheduled. Six months later, no numbers used by this company are still active. I am out over $11K with no roof replacement. All these good reviews I just read would appear to be fake write-ups! STAY CLEAR OF ELITE ROOFING AND CONSTRUCTION located in Albuquerque NM and Rio Rancho NM!! I just wish they had negative stars as an option because I would give them a -5 stars!!!!!!

Chris from this company was in my neighborhood giving an estimate to a neighbor. As he was leaving, he backed over a custom light fixture next to my driveway. Luckily, he missed my freshly poured sidewalk. Then he took off. Only when I asked my neighbor who he was and contacted him did he admit doing the damage and swore he would reimburse me. Nope. Crickets. Do you really want someone this unaccountable, dishonest, and careless working on your house? I think not.

They came out to do a survey for an estimate. Stopped returning my calls / texts. No estimate was provided. What a waste of time!

Ramon is such a good worker. Thank you Brian for your employee doing such a great job. My gutters look good. Finally I don't have to worry about getting wet or water freezing by my door. I can walk out safe. After back surgery you tend to be cautious more. Thank you for everything. I'm very happy. Very happy.. Carlos
