  I would not recommend this business. They are very helpful when you first contact them, but once they have your money, they do not honor their warranty. They ignore your calls, and on the rare occasion they answer, they claim they’ll call back—but they never do. Their customer service is unprofessional, unreliable, and completely frustrating. They make promises they don’t keep, offer no real support after the sale, and leave you dealing with issues they should be responsible for. Overall, this company lacks integrity, accountability, and basic respect for their customers.

  I spent over $100k on 9 different roofs with Robles and Sons. The work was done well but the lack of communication while not completing the work timely is unacceptable.

  I am usually not the type of person that leaves negative reviews, however I do find it unprofessional the lack of communication. I had a scheduled appointment and no update nor did anyone show. I called 4 times and left a voicemail to confirm that someone was showing up and did not receive a call back much less an update on time arrival. I waited for an hour to receive someone and it would have been nice to at least communicate that either they were running late or had to reschedule. Everything can be worked out, but the fact that I did not have someone show nor call back shows the professionalism of this company. I’m always for recommending companies and helping them succeed. Unfortunately, this one will not be the case.

  Worst company I have ever felt with, they replaced entire roof to repair a leak in the bathroom by the exhaust vent, it started leakin again a month later , I called several times , then finally got a hold of them , someone came and looked at the roof and said someone will be over tomorrow to fix it, that never showed up and again it was very hard to get ahold of anyone, he would say someone already fixed the roof witch was a lie, my wife is home all day every day. Still leaking to this day, this started over two years ago. Do not do buiseness with them !!!

  I had many issues with my roof after using them to replace it. They had to come out several times, and it never did get completely repaired. Their customer service is poor, and they are extremely challenging to work with.

  Got a roof done in July, leaked in September they came out and supposedly fixed it. Here we are in February and it is still leaking. Have texted with no reply and tried to call but the mailbox is full. Do yourself a favor and save yourself a headache don't go with this company. I will fix it myself.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. I called for a quote for a repair and 2 hours before my scheduled appointment he cancelled my appointment and didn't want to reschedule because no one was available to be at the house until after 4pm. That is poor customer service and very unprofessional. I highly DO NOT recommend this company.

  Called to have quote completed for our roof. Took two weeks and never sent quote or any information. Called today to ask for quote after two weeks, owner said when asked "do you want the business", he said "up to you". Unfortunate to see a company not follow through on a customer. Would not recommend because it is obvious that they do not need the business.

  Eber answered my phone call on Memorial Day and came the same day for a quote. We repaired our roof pretty quickly after that. It was affordable and we haven’t had any leaks since. Eber was always easy to get in touch with. No complaints at all.

  Every once and a while you come across a company that exceeds all of you expectations. Robles and Sons Roofing is such a company. They replaced my roof. Working with Eber was awesome. He answered his phone every time I called and when he couldn't he called me right back in a couple of minutes. The price was great. The team was was on time each day. The crew was very nice. They trimmed our trees that were in the way and even made me a new Jack for my swamp cooler. All without charging me for it! They cleaned up the place perfectly and left it looking better than before. They did extra things they didn't have to do and didn't even charge me for it. My new roof is beautiful. I am recommending to anyone who needs roof work done to go with these guys.

  Robles and sons replaced the roof on my house I just bought. It’s a very steep roof that needed to be shingled and a TPO flat roof and 3 sky lights in the back yard. Took them about 3 days. They were extremely kind and were the most affordable out of 10+ companies we got quotes from.

  Had Robles do some shingle repair from wind damage and add a flashing at the chimney. They were very responsive and did a great job. Would highly recommend.

  Robies & Sons Roofing was great to work with! I mainly talked with Eber, but I also met his dad and the other gentleman that did the work on our tile roof repairs. The communication was excellent and I really like Eber as a person and businessman. They got to work on it soon after I got in touch with them and Eber even offered to come over the same day and look at the roof. We had some issues found during a home inspection that we had done before we purchased the house. The main issue was the skylight had no flashing on it, making it susceptible to leaking and rotting the wood around it. Although I did have an excellent experience with this company, I'm only giving 4 stars mainly because on the aesthetics of their work. They couldn't find the correct color of roof tile and replaced one with a mismatched color and then the sheet metal used for the skylight flashing does not match the house and it appears it could have been crimped better to the tiles as I've seen in other photos of completed jobs on the internet. They also said they would be there between 8-9 AM and didn't show up until later that morning. I thought this timing made more sense because it warmed up a bit and they wouldn't have to work there in the cold. Not a big deal either way on this last point. I am not a roofing expert but I do think they did a quality job on the repairs. There was in fact some damage to the battens around the skylight and they replaced some wood. We had some loose vent covers that they fixed and that quieted down a lot in the wind after the work was done. They also sealed up the transition from the house and the garage and appears to be well sealed. A lot of these "spec" homes do not have flashing on the sky light and it's a common issue around here it seems. Overall, I would highly recommend their roofing services as they are great to work with and do quality work. The cost was also a bit less than what I was quoted by another company. I appreciate the work that they did!

  After trying for two years to get a different company to fix my roof leak, I called these guys. They came out on a Sunday to inspect, and found the issue very quickly (in an area that the other company hadn't touched despite thousands of dollars of work). By that Wednesday, my issue was resolved. The entire time, they were pleasant to work with and extremely communicative. I highly recommend working with this small, family-owned company.

  We are very happy with the Roofing job and also the Adobe touch up on our residential property. Robles & Sons were very professional, did a great job and at a very affordable price. I had a different company that came out and quoted me a way more expensive price and then kept giving me the run around to come out and fix our leaky roof. Robles & Sons took care of business and showed that they cared about their customers. Thank you Eber for taking care of our home.
