Stay far away from this company. Took advantage of my parents and never called them back to repair a leaking roof. Thousands and thousands of dollars spent on the repair, paid in full. Water continued to leak into the attic. The roof was leaking after the repair in September 2023. The company never returned calls. Take your business elsewhere and run from this fly by night company.

Nice roof but poor service. I had a leak in my bedroom but they would not fix. Do not return my phonecalls.

The Total Roofing Contractors is a total joking company. Completing the job two months later than they promised and I was not allowed to rate them 1 start for the company's own feedback system.

The worst roofing company in Florida. They broke about 10 pool screens and delayed almost 2 months to replace.

Total Roofing Contractors installed a New Roof on my house July 2020. On 4/28/2023 I called and talked to Jesse and told him I had a leak. He asked where I lived I told him Rosedale he Immediately went into this long story about how the …

I thought total roofing was okay at first after they did the roof. It took a month to get the final inspection because there's always something wrong with the paperwork. I was supposed to have a wind mitigation inspection done and to this date 3 months after the installation I still do not have the wood mitigation report from them. I had to get another wood mitigation report and pay for it out of my pocket because of the insurance becoming renewable. Unfortunately the wind mitigation report failed and I notified total roofing immediately the report says I use 6-in nails instead of 8 inch nails I have been trying to get this rectified ever since they keep referring me to another number for the wind mitigation since it is a third party I have text them numerous times and have never gotten a response at this point I feel like total roofing just put a roof on and forgot about me and I would not recommend them anymore

Of the almost two dozen contactors hired to help restore our home after hurricanes Helene and Milton, Total Roofing Contractors was the best. Communication and execution of our roof repairs were excellent. The crew onsite lead by Victor was professional, courteous, and very competent. Total Roofing Contractors will be our choice in the future should we need help taking caring of our roof.

These guys were fantastic! They showed up on time, worked hard, and kept me in the loop the whole way through. The new roof looks amazing, and they made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and it really shows. I’d recommend them to anyone needing roofing done right!

Total roofing, particularly Jesse Wright, has been taking excellent care of all our roofing needs for the past decade. We recently decided to get a new Standing Seam metal roof and asked Total for a proposal. We decided to go in another direction purely for the proposed material from Total, NOT for the many years of excellent, dependable service.
