  They charged me 10 grand for a roof and never removed the 2 old roofs that they should have there salesman Jay can't be trusted make sure you have a detailed contract cause they will screw you over!

Our company specializes in mobile home roofing, and it is not standard practice to remove existing shingle roofs as part of our roofing system. This method is not required by the county and is a proven, code-compliant approach we have successfully used for decades. Your roof passed all required inspections. That said, we do recognize there may have been a miscommunication during the sales process, and we take that seriously. We are very sorry for the miscommunication. In response, we worked directly with you and provided a substantial price reduction to address the concern. For clarity, the final price after discounts was $9,500, not the $10,000 referenced in your review. This included both a full roof installation and approximately 75 feet of new guttering. We stand behind the quality of our work and the value delivered. While we regret any misunderstanding, we made a good-faith effort to resolve the situation and are confident in the finished result and the long-term performance of your roof, which is backed by our LIFETIME WARRANTY. Most of the time we can go over what is there saving the customer substancial amount of money for plywood and deck replacement. This has been our proactice for 40+ years.   I am not happy with the job that All Weather Roofing did. They broke through the living room ceiling and just shrugged their shoulders . Said they are not responsible for any damages! It was gross negligence on their part! My mom is 86 and looks like she is living in a shack now. They also removed her TV antenna off the roof and trashed it. Now she has no regular TV. She only watched one channel! What is insurance for? I do not recommend this company.

However, such unusual circumstances are beyond our control and fall outside the scope of our written warranty. As far as the Antenna, we will reimburse you for this as we said.   We are so sorry that you lost your roof. Melvin was a very powerful 100 year hurricane. These powerful storms often spawn powerful tornados. We had 1000's of roofs that survided through the storm and we are very proud of the work our people do and have done for 40 years. We spoke with you on the phone and tried to explain everything. We feel deeply for everyone who lost their roof and their homes during these powerful hurricanes, including some of our own family. These storms unfortunatly do not discriminate between the type of roof you have or when it was installed.

  Dear Carmen, We sincerely apologize for the frustration you’ve experienced. Your satisfaction and the quality of our service are extremely important to us. We understand how urgent roof issues can be, especially for mobile homes. Mobile home roofs are the most vulnerable roofs and structures when it comes to high powered hurricanes. While the materials do have a lifetime warranty, there are certain limitations to the warranty as expressed in your warranty paperwork. Essentially the warranty excludes acts of god, including hurricane force winds. This is not any different than any other roofing material warranty and is not a shortcoming of any particular product. However there are just limitations based on the sheer physics of what certain structures and materials can withstand. That being said, we can come out to your home and see what it would take to repair any damage caused by the storm but this would be an out of warranty repair. As you can imagine we have had hundreds of requests and are getting back to customers as quickly as we can. Our goal is to provide you with a solution. Thank you for your patience and understanding.   Was here and gave a verbal quote. I told him we needed a written quote. Never got back to me. I sent 3 Messages and saw that he read it, but still no reply or estimate. Called his office and was told they would help and get ahold of of him… still nothing…grrrrrrr

  The 3 man crew arrived promptly at 7am and started working immediately. They were very friendly and answered any concerns, questions I had. They practically worked non stop. Very impressed with their work ethics. I definitely would recommend this company again.

  This was the best business that I have ever dealt with. They were prompt. Did excellent work and when they finished taking off the old roof and putting on the new one, you couldn’t even tell that they had been here. I would rate them on a scale of 1-10 an 11.

  Installed a new roof after hurricane Milton. Roof looks great and home is much quieter during storms, unlike the metal roof. Had a gutter problem and Josh came out on time and fixed the problem. 5 star service and installation.

  I had my roof cleaned and inspected today. The gentleman was very professional. He covered All my landscaping to protect it. My roof looks brand new. I highly recommend All weather roofing.

  The guys that came out to install our TPO roof were really nice and hardworking! They did a great job with the TPO, but as things can happen,they did hit a wire that knocked out my refrigerator (which was on a dedicated line) the roofers admitted to causing the issue, but Michelle would only authorize 500$ off our bill for an electrical repair that requires running a new line from underneath the mobile home which cost minimum 1200.00. that is the lowest quote we got. So now Michelle's guy comes out and moves our refrigerator over several inches and just plugs it in to another outlet. A shared circuit, not to mention my refrigerator looks weird moved over and still the plug barely reaches. We paid cash for our roof and deserved for our electrical problem that the roofers caused to be repaired correctly. We didn't get any repair at all. I'm disappointed. Fyi Michelle, the guy you sent to do the repair, when I asked him to run a new line , told me verbatim that "He didn't want to!" And proceeded to just move refrigerator and plug into another outlet! He never gave me a price of 1000$ and if he had then how is the 500 you offered going to cover the cost of a mistake that your roofers admitted to . you want us to pay half for damage your company caused!?!!? Really Michelle? That is not taking care of your customer!!!!

It's unfortunate that we’re just hearing about this issue with the electrician's work. As soon as we were made aware of the electrical situation back in June, we took responsibility for this unusual circumstance and promptly sent our electrician to install a NEW line, and we covered the cost of that work entirely. Had we known at the time that the repair didn’t meet your expectations, we would have gladly revisited the situation to make it right for you. Your satisfaction means a lot to us, and we never want a customer to feel like they were left with an unresolved issue. Our electrician said it would be $1000 to run a new line and that the other solution would be to plug the fridge into a different outlet. You were totally happy with that, and he left you his card and said to call him if this did not work out and he said he would come and run the line. He never heard from you. We appreciate your feedback and hope you continue to enjoy the security and durability of your new mobile home TPO roof.
