No show. Ciro B. was unreliable. Didn’t show up to the appointment and called late giving excuses and never showed up. Didn’t get a voicemail with an apology nor any dialogue to attempt to reschedule. If there’s no record of me have Ciro not schedule appointments without notifying your company.

We are sorry this was your experience. We don’t have a Vic Prime or address matching the name in our apts so we can double check if there was a name for to us to review, please do share with us so we can find out. The last weeks we’ve had multiple tornados impact our area and extreme volume with over 500+ homeowners trying to set up apts for our small team.

Had them come out for an estimate. They said they'd have the estimate in about a week. They never called back.

Just finished picking up trash and construction refuse from our yard and the field behind our condos that the contractors left. When we pulled into our driveway a few days ago, one of the workers walked over to our yard and began picking up some of the trash that had blown around. Unfortunately, the work crew packed up and left before cleaning up after themselves. The dumpster is still out on the road after the crew has departed as well. I see this company has great reviews but as a contractor myself I would advise customers to have a discussion with these roofers about keeping the work area clean, especially if their trash is blowing over into neighbors yards.

After a frustrating 11-year battle with a roof installed by a big-name company that did a poor job, Total Roofing and Construction Services finally gave me complete peace of mind. My building is the tallest on the block at over five stories, meaning it takes a beating during severe weather. Every time we experienced strong storms and high winds, shingles would fly off. I spent years making endless patch repairs to no avail. Unfortunately, my homeowners insurance would not cover a replacement, so I had to pay for this entirely out of pocket. I gathered multiple estimates, and Total Roofing gave me a very reasonable quote that was highly competitive and well within all the others I received. I wanted maximum protection against high-velocity storms and wind uplifts, specifically looking for a Class H high-wind system certified to withstand 150 mph winds. I decided on the GAF Timberline AS II system paired with the GAF Golden Pledge Warranty. Because these high-performance shingles are a specialized product, they were a special order that took about 6 weeks for the company to secure—but they were absolutely worth the wait. To qualify for that top-tier warranty, the roof must be installed by a certified GAF Master Elite roofing company—which Total Roofing and Construction Services is. Logistically, this was a massive undertaking due to the building's height. Our project manager, Frank D, handled the logistics flawlessly. He coordinated bringing in a huge crane to hoist all the heavy supplies and materials up to the five-story roof seamlessly. They utilized two full crews of 8 to 11 men over two full days. Their execution, coordination, and attention to detail were incredible. If you want a roofing company that delivers fair pricing, heavy-duty protection, and master-level logistics, look no further than Total Roofing and Construction Services. They earned every single one of these five stars!

We had a great experience with Total Roofing and Construction. They repaired our brick wall after a car came through the building, fixed the interior drywall, and painted the front of the building. Everything turned out great! They were professional, reliable, and did quality work. We would definitely recommend them!

Philip went above and beyond to help us with our roof replacement. We had many issues with insurance, and Philip sent pictures and reports to resolve the issues. The office staff is very friendly and efficient. I would certainly recommend them to anybody needing roof repairs.

Even after the heavy storms in our area with massive damages, Phil made time to come see our residence and some modest shingle repairs. His team was professional on time and repaired my roof like nothing ever happened. If you’re looking for …

Contacted Total Roofing and Construction after the recent storm that went through so they could check out some siding on my house and they came later on that day. Very friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. I see them working all over the area and they do phenomenal work. Highly recommend this company. Will definitely do business with them again.

A recent major storm damaged a wall of my siding, removed my chimney cap, and caused a roof leak. I eventually found TRC and I'm so glad I did. From start to finish my expectations were exceeded. They were willing to help, very thorough, and provided great quality service in every way. My house is in better shape now than it was before the storms even happened. TRC will continue to get my business and I will recommend them to others. Special thank you to Phil, Eric, and Florencio!

Overall, the roof looks good however the workers were not professional. They left lots of nails all around my property and in my garden. They also parked on my grass and left a tire dent in my grass. They placed their equipment on my grass and now I have several dead grass patches because of it. Not to mention, they left behind a huge piece of something in the middle of my front yard, I’m not sure if it was cardboard or what, but there was a huge piece of something left in the middle of my yard and the sales agent had to come back and get it.
