  We had water spots showing up on the ceiling in the back bedroom and every heavy rain made them a little bigger. TopSure came out and traced it back to a valley on the roof where the shingles had worn thin and were letting water through. They went over what they saw and gave me the option to repair that area or go bigger, and since the rest of the roof still had life in it we just did the repair. They replaced the bad section, redid the underlayment there, and made sure the valley was sealed up right. It has rained plenty since then and the ceiling has stayed dry, so whatever they did worked. The estimate matched the final bill which is not always how these things go. What made me trust them was they didn't try to nudge me toward a full replacement when the problem was fixable. Getting that leak sorted without spending a fortune was exactly what I was after.

  we noticed a slow leak above the kitchen that i thought was coming from the roof but couldnt figure out exactly where. two other companies came out and basically shrugged, said they couldnt find anything obvious and quoted me for a partial replacement just in case. topsure came out and the tech actually got up there with a hose and water tested different sections until he found it. turned out to be a cracked pipe boot, not the shingles at all. fix was a fraction of what the others were quoting for unnecessary work. they could have easily taken advantage of the situation and sold me on more than i needed. that kind of honesty is rare. the actual repair took maybe two hours including the diagnosis. ceiling has been dry through several storms since. ill use them for anything roof related going forward.

  We had a section of the roof that was leaking every time it rained hard. Water was getting into the attic and starting to stain the ceiling in the spare bedroom. TopSure came out, figured out where the issue was, and had the repair done in one afternoon. No more leaking, ceiling dried out fine.

  They replaced our entire roof after years of putting it off. The old shingles were curling and we had a couple spots where leaks were starting to show up in the attic. TopSure got everything stripped off and the new roof on in about two days. It looks great from the street and more importantly nothing is getting through anymore. The color matched the rest of the house better than I expected too. Pretty straightforward experience all around.
