Roof Masters NWI

The only one or two-star review we hold for Roof Masters NWI.

If I could leave less than 1 star, I would. I reached out to Roofmasters for a roof estimate and provided a detailed written scope — nothing unusual, just clear expectations so contractors could bid fairly. Instead of acting professional, I was met with sarcasm and insults like: “Why do itemized? Are you a broker or contractor looking to sub this out?” “I’ll pass, something ain’t right. No home owner is this detailed.” “Insurance adjuster isn’t that detailed lol.” “You’re gonna freak out every contractor with all that lol.” That’s how this company talks to potential customers. I’m a homeowner, not a broker, and I expect respect — not attitude. In my opinion, only someone who isn’t confident in their work would be afraid of clearly written and detailed expectations of the job. Instead of admitting he couldn’t handle the scope — whether due to lack of skill or knowledge — he resorted to insulting a homeowner. That’s not professional. Take your chances with them if you wish, but I’d suggest finding someone confident enough in their abilities to communicate like a pro.

I called Roof Masters after a storm damaged our roof and we needed emergency tarping. We'd already been ghosted by another company, and everyone else in the area was booked out for days or charging substantially more. Roof Masters had someone out to us within an hour and a half at a reasonable price. George, who was great, handled the repair, patched the damage, and caught a few additional spots that needed attention. He also took pictures for our insurance claim. All of this was done in the rain which was not expected but greatly appreciated We were glad to get help quickly, and would highly recommend them.

My folks called George this morning to check the roof for repair from the storm last night, he came out quickly to give an estimate. George and Jose then came back and fixed the problem area as soon as the storm cleared up enough for them to do it safely. Definitely recommend them!! Great guys, excellent service, very professional, reasonable and even cleaned up the mess! Thank you!!

Had some roof deck issues and decided to call. George came out for an estimate and my roof was repaired the same day. He provided me with pictures of each step of the repair. I won’t hesitate to call if I need anything else.
