  Update - while Reliance did misdiagnose and charge me for the problems with my roof, Daniel himself came back to find the problem and how to correct it, and had the team come fix the roof. He also refunded me the charge of the visit. I am very appreciative that Reliance Roof Troop admits their mistakes and corrects them. I hope to not need a roof repair for a very long time now, but if I do, I would call Daniel again. I unfortunately am not able to recommended. I called reliance because I had water damage on my ceiling. They told me absolutely nothing is wrong with roof and it was the fault of a cracked pipe or the exhaust vent. Both plumber and HVAC came and were able to show there was no crack in pipe and the vent is fully sealed. I now have damage to my ceiling and no one to help me fix the problem.

  Even though we didn’t install the roof ourselves and misdiagnosed the leak the first time, I’m glad we could come back out and fix the leak! We refunded your service charge and paid for the HVAC service fee as an apology for the inconvenience and trouble. We are not perfect but will make sure you’re satisfied in the end and taken care of! Thank you for the honest review and letting us fix this

  Reliance Roof Troop was a great company to work with. They did my roof installation a few years ago and were amazing. now with the recent storm I received the same amazing customer service! They definitely look out for my best interest!

  After severe weather damage to our home, Reliance Roof Troop answered the call very quickly. They came out the very next day to tarp our roof and walk us through the entire repair/install process. Tom was my main point of contact. He is very professional, knowledgeable and sympathetic toward our situation. He answered all my questions and treated me like family. We got some other estimates from other companies that wouldn't take the time to explain pricing or the process or even shake my hand. I felt like just another job site or pit stop to other roofers. Reliance Roof Troop treats you like a human and guides you through the tedious insurance claim process, which was huge. As far as estimates and pricing, they are very very reasonable. They can lay out different shingle options based on your budget. Patrik from RRT was the project manager (sorry if I got his title wrong). He was also very professional and knowledgeable. He laid out the plans for install day and was super flexible with our crazy schedule. I am very happy with our decision to go with Reliance Roof Troop. They set the bar for service in this industry. 10/5 stars. They will be my first call if I ever need something like this again. I will be recommending this company to everyone. It's a no brainer. Thank you Reliance Roof Troop for everything.

  Daniel was the only guy out of 4 roofing companies we had over not feed my grandfather bs. Everyone else wanted him to pay flat out and said insurance was a waste of time but Daniel said insurance should cover the damages. Honest company and great service.

  I highly recommend Reliance Roof Troop if you are looking for quality work done by quality people. Thomas was extremely personable and easy to communicate with from the first meeting we had to determine what work we wanted done to the last day of post-work inspection. Patrik and his crews went above and beyond to ensure no damage occurred to our property or landscaping while completing the job.   I highly recommend Reliance Roof Troop for your roofing and gutter needs. The owner (Daniel) was very professional and patient when responding to my many questions. The project supervisor (Patrick) was on the job site supervising the project and was very professional as well. The roof installation was completed in one day. The workers did an excellent job in installing the roof and gutters. Also , the workers did an excellent job in cleanup after the work was completed. Obtaining quotes for installation of a roof and gutters can be overwhelming and stressful; however, working with Reliance Roof Troop was a pleasant experience and I am happy with the installations

  From start to finish the team was amazing. Tom was so thorough and helpful while we made our decisions and answered all our questions. Patrik and team came in and did a fantastic job.   We had a wonderful experience with Tom and Patrik repairing a small patch of siding which blew away in a storm. Despite this being a smaller project, they were prompt, responsive and fair on pricing. I could not recommend highly enough.
