I live in Kankakee, was hit with the storms in May, they replaced the roof and gutters, still waiting for the rest of work to be done. 3 months later, tried calling and went to voice mail. Not a happy customer

After the storm my house had pretty severe damage. Chad and his team (Matt, Mike, & Juan) made the entire repair process extremely easy. They took care of everything including contacting my insurance to start the claim and advocating on my behalf. I highly recommend if you are in the Kankakee area to use them! My new siding, roof, and gutters look absolutely amazing!!

They did such a great job. 💯 % recommend, from choosing roof color to getting it done was fast and easy. Getting a public adjustor was great, they fought for everything I need done that insurance didn’t look at right or didn’t bother to give me what I needed to fix it.

Ken and the crew were next level professional. Always responded to my questions with a quickness. When someone asks you, if your house could be inspected and if qualified receive a new roof, you got questions! Everything went just as Ken advised and the installation guys completed the work on time and finished with an exceptional clean up. If Ken stops by , give him a chance. Just might Get a new roof!!!

Total care was so easy to work with. They responded quickly when we called and always kept us in the loop when updates to our claim were made. We had a new roof installed in a fraction of the time it took other companies to even get on site to take a look at the storm damage. The crews that came in to complete the work were friendly, efficient, and cleaned up like they were never there. Definitely recommend this company for all your home needs!
