Can not speak on the workmanship, but customer service is terrible. Called for a quote on a roof, and they wanted the insurance quote first. They said “they wanted to make sure insurance didn’t miss anything”. They never called me back …

Brad Peeple with Northeast Indiana Roofing was very unprofessional. Called them and asked for a quote to get a leak fixed. Almost 4 weeks later i have sent many messages asking for the quote and when someone could be out so and was told we didn't even know you wanted to move forward and was yelled at by him. finally while he was telling me he has no idea when it will be fixed because we are at the whim of his subcontractor that will be doing the repair. So all this from an unprofessional person who told me his company isn't even the one who will do the work.

AN AMAZING LOCAL COMPANY! I had multiple things done to my house last fall including a roof done. They found a bad board and replaced it. Since the HAIL STORM they have done their best to address my damage! They are very kind, professional, and understanding. I would recommend them to everyone!
