Beware if you are working with this company. They installed a roof incorrectly and then proceeded to charge $1500 for a water test to find out where it was leaking. Jesse is terrible to work with.

My experience with Torys Roofing was fabulous! From the very first call Taryn was so very helpful! It was a very stressful situation with damage to my roof from the Kona Low Storm! Taryn scheduled Hunter Ward to come out 5 days later, he used Drone to assess my roof damage and worked with me within my budget! Got their crew out 3 weeks later! The first day of work Kepa foreman, Eric, Richard & Kamilo arrived early, had to deal with very high winds, on day two it was so hot and humid and on day three was a combination of high winds and heat! But they we’re able to complete the total re roofing in three days, two days ahead of schedule! I was impressed that Mike Torey arrived to personally inspect the roof, i was able to join Mike and Kepa to get a first hand look at my new roof! Then Hunter arrived the next day to do a drone photo session, so i could get photos of the completed roof! The whole experience with Torys was amazing! I would highly recommend Torys for your roof replacement! Mahalo Torys for the awesome job & professionalism!

You get what you pay for, but rarely more. The exception to this rule is Tory’s Roofing. While Tory’s is not the least expensive roofing company in Hawaii, they are not the most expensive either. On the other hand, with Tory’s you get not …

Great experience w/Tory’s. I called for a quote several years ago & Hunter outdid the competition with a very comprehensive roof inspection which took a 1/2 hour. He then showed us pictures of all the problem areas due to water wood rot, wear and tear and all our options for our flat roof. Quote came in a couple of days. Due to circumstances beyond our control we couldn’t get a loan so put it on hold but kept the quote. We let Hunter know that we’d have to wait and he said to let him know if we had any more questions and to call him whenever we’re ready. He was very respectful and polite. Fast forward several years later we contacted Hunter again and asked for an updated price. He said they’d keep the same price however, due to COVID & shipping backlogs, price increases, they had to raise the price a little bit but that was ok w/us as we were still able to secure a loan that enabled us to do both roofing and solar. Tory’s still had the best price for the same product but gave us way more for our money. It was an amazing deal!!! So glad that Hunter explained in case we were doing solar that they needed to install the boots or the warranty would be void. It didn’t cost much more for the installation of the boots. Tory’s took the lead in coordinating the roofing with EcoSolar as there were different aspects of the project that either one had to do their part so the other company could complete the next step to make all this happen. All Tory’s workers showed up on time, we’re respectful, cleaned up each day and did an excellent job. The only thing left to complete our roofing project is the installation of the rain gutters which I’m sure will turn out exceptionally well. Thank you Tory’s Roofing Team for such a great deal that made it possible for us to have a safe and secure roof!!!

Awesome service and work. Foreman introduced himself and kept us updated everyday. We had a few rain delays and Torys did a great job of keeping their employees safe and our house free from any rain damage while they worked on the roof. …
