I live in a residential area in wailuku Maui and this company has been working at Hawaii telecom they have been starting with their loud beeping machines at 4 am in the morning people work and being woken up that early makes a persons day hard I had gone down and asked them nicely to please come at a more reasonable time so they stated coming at 5am it’s two days in a row now and this company has zero respect for the community and people of Hawaii I had asked multiple times nicely so I have started watching them work and saw violations going on so I will be video recording this company now it makes no sense why come and wake everyone up so early in the morning? They come that early on Saturdays and leave within 30 mins to an hour and not come back for the rest of the day or do anymore work why they can’t start at 8 am?

Their drivers like cutting people off the road without warning.

We are sorry to hear that one of our drivers cut you off. We have a robust fleet management system that detects aggressive driving and assigns appropriate discipline. We will be sure to address this with our drivers.

BIZZARE company. The estimator took the liberty of walking all over my TILE roof WITHOUT my permission and said I had a few cracked tiles. I hope he didn't crack any of my tiles when he was up there. He then said he would get me a quote …

5 weeks later no quote, no call back, no following up with customers. Definitely not getting my business and I will Never recommend them to anyone. Never got a quote, waited a month to come and see the job, no quote ever received..

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience back in 2020. We're truly sorry for the lack of communication and follow-up on your quote — that falls far short of the responsiveness and professionalism our customers deserve, and I apologize for the frustration it caused. Over the past six years, we've made significant improvements to our processes to ensure faster responses, timely site visits, and clear communication from the first contact. Your feedback has helped shape those changes. If you're still open to it, we'd welcome the opportunity to make this right or assist with any future roofing needs. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and remain committed to earning your trust.
