Said inspection was free, called next day & wanted $400? Not sure where the desperation for $400 is coming from but called someone else 5 mins later who will do it for free and get the business of the work that needs done. Walking a roof is not worth $400.

Nolan and the crew gave our home a beautiful, distinctive roof finish. They installed a musket gray slate-style metal roofing system over the existing asphalt roof and handled a complex layout with many valleys, multiple ridge lines, and four skylights. They also took care of soffit and fascia repairs, remounted the gutters, and added new gutter guards. We are very happy with the workmanship, the clean look, and the overall quality of the roofing job. After recent rain, everything has performed great, and the metal roof with the thermal underlayment even seems quieter during showers than we expected. The whole project felt well planned and professionally completed, and we would definitely recommend this roofing team.

landon was very responsive, on time, and thorough during the roof inspection and the check of the attic and interior areas. When our home was about 12 years old, we were told by another roofer that we might need a full roof replacement, but landon gave us an honest assessment and explained that the roofing system was still in good shape and only needed a few shingle repairs. That straightforward advice saved us money and gave us confidence in his work. Later, after storm damage, we did need a full roof replacement, and landon was the clear choice among the roofing contractors we considered. He made the whole process simple from start to finish, explained each step in easy terms, and worked directly with the insurance adjuster so the needed roof repairs and replacement were properly handled. He stayed available for questions, kept communication open, and made sure the project moved along smoothly. The new shingles and the professional roof installation look great and have really improved the appearance of our home. The cleanup was solid, the crew was respectful, and the workmanship gave us peace of mind. We feel confident this roof will hold up well for many years in the sun and regular weather. we highly recommend landon and his team for any roofing project because they are honest, skilled, reliable, professional, and easy to work with.

Jamie and the crew did outstanding work replacing our roof after strong winds caused damage. Jamie was quick to respond, straightforward, and came out to our home more than once to go over roofing options and explain the insurance steps in a simple way. From the start of the project to the final cleanup, Jamie stayed involved and made sure the job was handled the right way. The crew worked efficiently, paid close attention to detail, and left the property clean, even checking carefully for nails and metal around the yard at the end of the day. We never felt pressured into extra work or unnecessary upgrades, which made the whole roofing process feel easy and stress free. The workmanship was excellent, the communication was clear, and the new roof looks beautiful. We have already recommended them to friends and would gladly do so again.

A roofing team installed new shingles and new siding on my house, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. It began when landon came by and offered to inspect my home for storm-related roof and siding damage. After the inspection, he explained that the company could work with my home insurance to see if the visible damage qualified for replacement. all i had to do was give permission, and they handled the rest. They coordinated the claim process with the insurance company, and after the adjusters finished their review, the roof and siding were approved for replacement. The results were amazing. The new roof looks beautiful and came with a lifetime transferable warranty. The roofing crew was friendly, respectful, and easy to work with. i also noticed the improved roof ventilation helped my attic feel cooler during warm Torrance days, which has made a real difference in comfort. The new siding also looks great and came with a lifetime transferable warranty. It feels more solid than standard vinyl siding, with insulated panels and durable materials that should hold up well over time. jamie and nolan, the project managers, were very helpful and completed a full walk-through with me when everything was finished. they answered my questions clearly and made sure every part of the roofing and siding work looked right. The final result was excellent. very professional service, strong workmanship, and quality roofing materials from beginning to end. i am really happy with how the roof, ventilation, and siding turned out, and i would gladly recommend them to anyone needing roofing or exterior work in Torrance.

The old gutters on my home were not keeping up with the heavy rain we get in torrance. Even with lighter showers, water was pooling near the foundation and starting to work its way into the basement area. Leaves also kept building up in the …

They handled our roof replacement and did an excellent job. jamie, the owner, is honest, hardworking, and very upfront, and the whole roofing crew was phenomenal. They completed my roofing project in just one day, starting in the morning and finishing by late afternoon, even though this was not a standard asphalt shingle roof. I had a slate roof, and once the tear-off began, they found an older shingle layer underneath, which meant a lot more roofing work than expected. Even with the extra labor, they stayed professional, courteous, and kind the entire time. nolan kept me informed, explained the condition of the decking and underlayment clearly, and made sure the roof replacement moved forward smoothly. landon and the crew worked efficiently, kept the jobsite organized, and delivered solid workmanship from start to finish. I would recommend them to anyone in Torrance who needs roof repair or a full roof replacement. if i could give 100 stars, i would. Their honesty, quality work, and customer care really stand out.

After moving into my new home, I found a leak coming from the small attached shed roof. I had a hard time reaching roofing contractors at first, but once I connected with Earl, everything got much easier. Earl replied fast, came out the same day to inspect the roof, explained the issue in simple terms, and scheduled the repair right away. The leak was fixed by the end of the next week at a fair price. I really appreciated the quick communication, honest service, and solid roofing work. The repair was done neatly, and the area was left clean when the job was finished. It was a relief to find someone dependable for roof leak repair, and I would absolutely trust Earl again for any future roofing needs.

I’ll gladly recommend Torrance Roofing to friends and family. The professionalism, roofing workmanship, and communication were top notch from start to finish. Landon explained the source of our roof leak and the repair steps in a very clear, simple way, which gave us confidence in the job. He shared before-and-after photos, completed a careful water test after the repair, and made sure everything was sealed properly. He even went beyond what we expected by clearing out a nearby gutter, which was a tough part of the job on our home. Nolan also did excellent work, and the whole experience felt honest, organized, and thorough. It is clear they stand behind their roofing repairs with a solid guarantee, and that kind of service is exactly what I want from a roofing company. We now feel much better knowing the roof is in good shape and ready for the heat and sun, and they have earned another loyal customer.
