There were no pushy sales tactics, no rushed paperwork, and no last-minute pricing games. That made the whole process feel honest and professional. Second, communication was strong from start to finish. Samuel made sure the inspection covered not only the exterior roofing materials but also the attic area inside the home. That extra step helped identify moisture issues, possible leak spots, and damaged roof decking early. Because they checked everything carefully, the estimate was more accurate, including the likely amount of wood replacement needed for worn and warped panels.   Very skilled, friendly, and easy to talk with. The roofing team was knowledgeable, clean, and very thorough from start to finish. I would definitely recommend them. We had a roof leak near the attic that was starting to cause damage, so they came out for a free roof inspection and explained everything clearly. They helped us get the repair plan in place, and not long after that they returned and completed the roofing work efficiently in just a couple of days. Even with a little rain slowing things down, they stayed organized and kept the job moving smoothly. Timothy, the on-site manager in Torrance, was especially informative and helpful throughout the project. He kept us updated, answered our questions, and also showed real care for our dogs while the roofing work was going on. He pointed out any loose nails right away, made sure the yard stayed as safe as possible, and the crew did a good job keeping materials and debris under control. At the end, they used a magnet and did a detailed cleanup to pick up stray nails and leftover trash. I also appreciated how Timothy kept walking the property and picking up loose debris while the roofers were working. The whole crew did an excellent job, and the new roof looks great.

Instead of trying to sell us work we didn’t need, Asher offered to set up his ladder and secure the loose shingles back in place at no charge, leaving it like he was never there. I even tried to pay him, but he kindly refused. It was such a relief to have a temporary roofing solution and some peace of mind, especially with the sun and wind we get around Torrance.
