  I had a very poor experience and can't say anything very positive. I called and setup an appointment for a quote for roof replacement. They gave me a 2-hour time window for the evaluation. I called to confirm an hour before the appointment and they confirmed they would be there. However, they never showed up, and I called and they claimed it would be just a little longer. So here I sit after waiting for more than 3.5 hours and no one showed up or called me. Very disappointed and hope this is a rare incident.

  we are very happy with theodore, leonard, and the crew from devin & sons roofing. after having a hard time getting roofing estimates from other contractors in lomita, the response to our request was fast and professional. theodore showed up on time, carefully inspected our roof, explained our options in simple terms, and gave us the time we needed to make the right choice for our home. after we decided to move forward, the roof replacement was scheduled quickly. once work began, the crew found damage underneath several layers of old shingles, so the project needed a full tear-off and new plywood decking across the entire roof. even though it was more work than we first expected, leonard kept us informed throughout the process and clearly explained what the crew was finding, so everything felt honest and straightforward with no surprises on the final bill. they also replaced our old skylight and installed a second one, which brought a lot more natural light into our kitchen and made the space feel brighter and more open. the new roofing system looks excellent, the workmanship is solid, and the whole home feels better protected from the sun and everyday weather in ca. we now have a beautiful new roof, two great skylights, and real peace of mind. we would gladly recommend these roofing services to any homeowner.

  Devin & Sons Roofing did an excellent job after a long search for the right roofer to handle our roof replacement. My mother's roof looks so much better now, and the whole process felt easy from start to finish. Zachary and Leonard were very helpful and made everything simple for her, including giving support while dealing with the insurance company. We were really thankful for how clearly they explained each step and how smoothly the roofing work moved along. Dale also finished the chimney repair, and it looks like new again. He put in extra care and time to make sure the work was done the right way, and the overall workmanship on both the roof and chimney really stands out.

  Theodore did an excellent job repairing a small leak around my chimney and restoring that section of the roof. While handling the repair, he also spotted a couple of other roof areas that needed attention and explained everything clearly. I asked him to take care of those issues too, and the whole process was smooth and professional. His honesty, roofing knowledge, and attention to detail really stood out, and he was easy to schedule with. He took the time to make sure the roof system was secure and that the problem areas were properly addressed for the warm Lomita climate.   I would have given Devin & Sons Roofing 5 stars. They forgot to reconnect the front security light at first, but they quickly took care of it, and everything else was excellent. They cleaned up all the roofing debris from the side of the house, finished the skylight work, and even completed the paint on the back shed so the whole area looked neat. The crew, including Dale and Angel, worked hard, moved fast, and were very helpful. They also took a moment to help our elderly neighbor when her dog got loose and ran down the street, which really showed they care about people as much as the job. I would recommend them for any roofing needs because they know their trade and do solid work.

  Devin & Sons Roofing was outstanding. Theodore quickly noticed that the back porch had the wrong shingles and explained that a low-slope roof needed roll roofing material for better protection. He also found poor flashing work around the chimney from a previous roofer, which had been causing a leak. After coming out a few times to inspect everything carefully and make the needed repairs, the roof is now sealed up properly and the leaks are gone. I am very happy with the results and only wish I had called sooner. Honest, helpful, and very knowledgeable for any roofing needs in Lomita.

  We thought our flat roof might be the reason the living room ceiling came down, so we called for roofing help because they had previously done excellent work on the larger shingle roof section. Leonard came out, carefully checked the flat roof and surrounding areas, and found that the real issue was upstairs plumbing, not the roofing system. Even though it was not a roofing repair, he took the time to explain everything clearly and helped us move furniture away from the damaged ceiling area. He was friendly, professional, and truly helpful from start to finish. It is rare to find a roofer who is this honest, thorough, and willing to help even when there is no roofing job to sell. We really appreciated the fast response, the careful inspection, and the genuine customer care.

  devin & sons roofing set the standard for how a roofing contractor should treat customers. this was my second time working with angel, and again the experience was excellent. after a bad storm caused serious damage when a tree fell on my home in Lomita, i reached out for help with the needed repairs. angel and the crew handled the roof repair, replaced the carport, fixed sections of fencing, repaired and painted the den, and rebuilt the chimney. the whole job was managed with care, clear communication, and strong roofing knowledge from start to finish. angel was helpful, professional, and respectful with my family throughout the process. in a stressful situation, it meant a lot to have someone dependable who understood storm damage, roof structure issues, and the steps needed to make the home safe again. the workmanship was solid, the repairs were completed with attention to detail, and the property looked much better afterward. i would gladly call again for any future roofing or exterior repair needs because angel showed real kindness, honesty, and integrity.

  Devin & Sons Roofing replaced our roof, and the whole roofing job went smoothly from start to finish. dale and his crew were excellent. They used top-quality shingles and roofing materials, removed the old shingles and roof vents, and installed the new system in just one day. They also did a great cleanup, hauling away all debris and leaving the property neat. We had some trouble with the insurance claim, and leonard stepped in and handled the back-and-forth for us so we received the full benefit we were supposed to get. i really appreciated how honest and clear they were from the beginning. the crew worked hard, communicated well, and made the process easy. we highly recommend them for any roof replacement or roofing repair work, and we would gladly use them again.

  If I could give 6 stars, I would. Devin & Sons Roofing did excellent roofing and gutter work, finished fast, and kept the quality very high from start to finish.
