Very bad customer service, I called and a lady named Cecil of something like that was very rude, I tried to call back to ask to speak to the owner or someone that can help me out and she said we are not interested to stop calling. I was wanting to get an estimate for our roof. But okay Cecil... You just lost a potential customer. Be nicer to customers.

After strong winds tore a section of shingles off our roof, I called Roof Top Roofing Contractor for urgent help. It can be hard to get a roofer out quickly for an emergency repair, but Cameron responded fast and made the whole process easy. He inspected the roof, found the problem right away, and explained the best repair in simple terms. The shingle replacement and roof repair work were done with great care, and the finished result looked solid and professional. The estimate was fair, there were no surprise charges, and the service was absolutely worth it. If you need a reliable roofing contractor for emergency roof service, storm damage repair, or shingle work, this is a great team to call.

malachi and the crew at company: Roof Top Roofing Contractor were outstanding. from the first call to the final roof completion, they took time to explain the roofing process, answer my questions, and stand behind their work and materials. i had also gotten another estimate from a different roofing supplier, and the service there felt rushed and overpriced, so the difference was clear right away. as a homeowner, i appreciated being treated with respect and not like i was a bother. they gave me an honest opinion, a fair price, and helpful guidance on shingles, roof condition, and what would make the most sense for my home. cameron and the team were experienced, easy to talk to, and very down to earth. the whole job felt professional, smooth, and dependable, and i was genuinely impressed with the quality of the roofing service and customer care.

Roof Top Roofing Contractor replaced our roof and gutters after storm damage, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. communication was excellent, they kept every promise, and the roofing work was finished quickly and professionally. They also helped handle the insurance claim, which made everything much easier for me. When i stopped by the office to drop off a check, the team was very welcoming and took time to explain the roofing process, materials, and gutter work. everyone i spoke with was friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. The crew showed real care for quality, kept the job site neat, and made sure everything looked great before wrapping up. I highly recommend them for roof replacement and gutter services.

My husband and I first talked with another roofer that seemed more focused on overcharging us because we did not have much time to compare roofing companies. We then asked our realtor for a recommendation, and I am very glad we did. The …

The roofing work was excellent. Roof Top Roofing Contractor had someone come back out to inspect the roof and gutters before calling the job finished, which gave me a lot of confidence in the quality. If there was ever a small detail that needed attention or anything from the original scope that still had to be wrapped up, they made sure it was handled quickly and properly. Their team really showed they care about doing the job right. Communication was clear from start to finish, and everyone involved in the process was professional, respectful, and easy to work with. I had my roof and gutters completed, and the whole experience felt smooth and well organized. They understand what homeowners in Torrance need, especially with the warm California weather and the importance of a strong, reliable roofing system. I would definitely use them again for any future roofing needs.

cameron and malachi make an awesome roofing team. i mostly worked with cameron, and he actually got up on our roof, checked the measurements for the main house, sunroom, and shed, and emailed the proposal the same day. the price was very affordable and came in much lower than the other roofing quotes we received for the same shingle product we wanted. we chose timberline hd shingles, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. before installation, cameron even came back out on a separate day to patch a couple of problem spots on the roof when rain was in the forecast, and he did it at no extra charge. that gave us real peace of mind. the roofing crew was friendly, careful, and very thorough. they protected the property with tarps, covered the grass and shrubs, moved the patio furniture, and placed a trailer in the driveway to keep debris contained during tear-off and cleanup. the cleanup was excellent, and the yard looked great when the job was done. cameron was also on site throughout the project, which showed great communication and attention to detail. our roof looks beautiful, the shingle lines are clean, and the finished work looks strong and professional. we are so happy with the results and would highly recommend this roofing company to anyone in torrance looking for honest pricing, quality workmanship, and dependable service. we also had cameron remove our window shutters and reinstall them after painting for an additional affordable price, which was a big help. outstanding job on an amazing roof.

We started getting estimates for a major roofing and exterior upgrade after noticing leaks during hard rain and even wasps finding their way inside. To solve the problem the right way, a lot of the outside had to be opened up, so we decided to improve the insulation too and give the house a fresh new look. During the inspection, loose shingles from our roof were found in a neighbor’s yard, so a full roof replacement was added to the scope. We chose Roof Top Roofing Contractor because they were willing to take on a challenging roofing and exterior job, gave a fair estimate, and took extra time to meet with us more than once. We also wanted a specific insulation product, and they were flexible enough to help make that happen while keeping the roofing system and exterior work moving forward. Their part of the project is now complete, and we are very happy with the results. Large roofing and siding jobs naturally come with some mess and a lot of moving parts, but the crew kept working through each step and stayed in communication with us. With Torrance weather, occasional strong rain made timing important, but it also showed that the new flashing, underlayment, house wrap, and exterior sealing were doing their job. Anytime an adjustment was needed, it was handled quickly and professionally. The roofing crew also fixed a small issue involving our deck railing, which we appreciated. In the end, we now have a beautiful new exterior with great-looking siding, trim, and a solid new roof. Most importantly, the leaks are gone, the home feels better sealed, and the wasp problem appears to be resolved too. We really appreciated the care, communication, and effort put into the project from start to finish.

I can’t say enough good things about this roofing company. Cameron and his crew do excellent roof work and are easy, honest people to work with from start to finish. I got several bids from other roofers, but it was clear that Cameron really cared about my needs, my budget, and making sure the roofing job was done the right way. He was upfront, fair, and never tried to push extra work or sell me anything I didn’t need. He answered calls quickly or called back right away, kept me updated through the whole process, and started the job on the day he promised. The work was finished on time, and everything was handled in a smooth, professional way. They installed my main roof, roofed a kitchen addition, cleaned and repaired the gutters, and sealed around a window area to help protect against leaks and heat. Every part of the job looks great, and the quality of the roofing work really stands out. You can tell they care about customer service, workmanship, and the long-term condition of the roof. The crew also did a great job cleaning up when they were done, and they left the property spotless. If you need an experienced, dependable roofer for roof replacement, repairs, gutters, or sealing work, I highly recommend them. Very professional, reliable, and easy to trust. I would absolutely use them again for any future roofing needs.
