When i retired, i knew that my home needed several repairs. Roofing, windows, soffit and fascia, and my garage all needed replacement or repair. I contacted this company and other companies to request a free estimate. The project manager from this company responded right away. One of the other companies did not even speak to me, i knew they had been to my home because they mailed me an estimate. I sat down with the project manager in my home and discussed all of my needs. He did not pressure me for a quick sale, he emailed a quote and called a few days later to ask my thoughts. I was able to ask questions, request changes, make additions, etc., until i was satisfied. During the work, he dropped in several times to ensure that i was pleased and that our contract was being met. This company and their customer service gets an excellent rating and i recommend them highly.

The owner is a gem. So accommodating (more so than he probably even needs to be in some cases) and you can tell he truly wants to make the customer happy, whatever means possible. I have worked with him on a re-roofing project, as well as with repairs. He is thorough, sends check-ins and overall really allows you to understand the process through every step of the way. Prices are competitive and fair. Highly recommend.

I contacted this company through the thumbtack app. The response was quick, and with just two photos I was given an estimate to repair a small section of my roof. Within a couple hours, one of their guys was fixing the problem. Outstanding company to do work with!

The specialists were very helpful in explaining their product and did their best to get us financed and also explained and took photos of the damages of our roof. I appreciated their knowledge about roofing and their courtesy.

This company had the most affordable, transparent and exceptional customer service. From the start, the sales representative was highly professional and took the time to explain every detail, highly dedicated and full of compassion to satisfy customer concerns and explicitly explained thoroughly all steps of installation. The crew arrived exactly on time and worked like a well-oiled machine. They were incredibly respectful of our property, protecting our landscaping and deck before they even started. What impressed me most was the cleanup. They didn't leave a single nail or scrap of debris behind. I highly recommend this company if you want a stress-free experience and a beautiful new roof. Thank you for this great experience I had.

I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a roof. The sales person was very professional, showed up early and super knowledgeable about everything I had questions on. Top of questions with it being a big purchase and he answered all of them with patience and had everything there on hand to show us in great detail what they were going to do. Amazing service.

We worked with this company on replacement of roofs on a couple of our properties. Our contact was great and he was very supportive in working with the insurance company as we had hail damage. He communicated extremely well on the different options, timing etc. I highly recommend them for any of your future roof needs.
