After I first had trouble getting a callback, the owner from Torrance Roofing Co. reached out, apologized, and came to my home to inspect the roof and provide a quote. He shared a lot of helpful information about the leak above my garage, the condition of the shingles, and the repair options, which made me feel confident moving forward. The crew completed the roof repair the same day, and the finished work looks great. They matched the existing roofing materials very closely, and the repaired area blends in almost perfectly. Everything was handled professionally, and I would gladly contact them again when it is time for a full roof replacement.

Torrance Roofing Co. did an excellent job on our roofing project. They replaced our cedar shake roof, three flat roof sections, the gutters, and handled some chimney flashing and repair work, and we are very happy with the final results. From the start, Douglas kept us updated each day and made the whole process easy to follow. Gregory and Chase led the crew with care, and everyone was skilled, efficient, respectful, and very detail focused. The crew worked neatly, protected our yard and landscaping, and took extra care when moving and storing materials so the grass, roses, and other plants were not damaged. They clearly know roofing work well and paid attention to both quality workmanship and cleanup. In Torrance, it is great to find a roofing team that communicates well, shows up professionally, and delivers strong results. We truly appreciated the care they put into every part of the job and would absolutely recommend them.

We had our roof fully replaced by Gregory and his crew, and they did a fantastic job. The team was friendly, respectful, and kept us updated with clear communication from the first inspection to the final cleanup. The new roofing system looks excellent, and we are extremely happy with the finished work. We have already received many compliments on the roof, and it really stands out for its clean, professional appearance. They handled every part of the roofing project with care, including the tear-off, installation, and site cleanup. The workmanship looks high quality, and the crew paid attention to the details that matter for long-term roof performance. We would gladly use them again for any future roofing needs, including roof repairs or replacement work, and we highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable roofer services. Their quality and professionalism were better than any other roofing contractor we spoke with.

I have never worked with such a professional, courteous, and fast roofing team. From start to finish, the whole process was smooth and well organized. Douglas helped with the roof insurance claim, and Gregory and the roofing crew got started quickly after the adjuster visit. Chase and his hardworking team completed the roof in a timely manner and paid close attention to every detail. The roofing materials and workmanship quality were excellent, and the warranty offered strong peace of mind. Everything felt seamless, efficient, and stress free. After recent heavy rain in Torrance, the new roof has performed great with no leaks at all. If you need a reliable roofer to inspect your roof, explain your options clearly, and handle the job the right way, this team is a great choice.

I was selling my home in Torrance, and during the inspection the roof showed storm damage that needed quick attention before closing. I had a buyer under contract, so I needed a roofing contractor right away to keep everything on schedule. My real estate agent referred me, and Gregory stepped in immediately. He met the insurance adjuster at the inspection, explained the roof and gutter damage clearly, and helped get the full roof replacement and new gutters covered through insurance, with only the deductible left for me. With the closing date coming up fast, Gregory and the roofing crew moved quickly and finished the roof and gutter replacement several days ahead of schedule. Their communication was great from start to finish, and they handled the paperwork, invoicing, and documentation smoothly, which made the whole process much less stressful. The new roofing system came with a transferable warranty for the buyers, which was a big plus during the sale. Their fast service, strong knowledge of roofing claims, and professional work helped me keep my buyer and close with confidence. I would gladly recommend this roofing company to anyone needing reliable roof and gutter work in Torrance.

i had been putting off replacing my roof and gutters for too long, and it was definitely overdue. i was not excited about paying for a full roofing job myself, especially after another roofer had promised to do the work and never showed up. then gregory stopped by after noticing the condition of my roof while passing through Torrance, and the timing could not have been better since i was already collecting estimates. gregory gave me a clear estimate and even walked me through the roofing issues by showing me the problem areas up close. there were quite a few spots that needed attention, so it really helped me understand the scope of the project. we spent about a week comparing other bids, and while the pricing was fairly similar, what really stood out here was the fast communication, dependable service, and overall professionalism. every time i called, gregory either picked up right away or got back to me very quickly. i never felt ignored, and i never had to keep calling just to get a simple answer. that kind of customer care makes a big difference on a major roofing project. he kept me updated from start to finish, explained the materials and schedule in simple terms, and made the whole process feel much easier. once i decided to move ahead, the crew was scheduled for the following monday, and the materials were delivered ahead of time. there was a little wet weather that morning, so gregory called early to let me know they would wait a short time for the roof deck to dry, which i appreciated because it showed they cared about doing the installation the right way. the roofing crew still arrived promptly, worked efficiently, and completed the roof replacement in one day, with the gutter installation finished the next morning. throughout the job, gregory went above and beyond by checking trouble spots, recommending proper soffit vent installation where ventilation was missing, and making sure the exterior details matched well. the workmanship looked clean, the jobsi

I wanted to update my review to say this roofing company is still one of the best I have worked with. I keep coming back for roof repairs, roofing consultations, shutters, and metal work because they consistently do quality work. Most recently I met with Douglas, and he was excellent to work with. He was professional, polite, and genuinely kind throughout the whole process. I was surprised to see low ratings because my experience has been completely different. From the first call to the final walkthrough, the team was responsive, helpful, and easy to work with. Their communication was clear, and they handled everything in a timely way. The craftsmanship on my roof, shutters, and metal details looked great, and when a sizing issue came up with the shutters, they were honest about it and fixed it right away without any hassle. Living in Torrance, it is important to have a roofing contractor that understands the local climate, sun exposure, and the wear that heat can put on roofing materials. This team clearly understands what works well for homes in this area and provides reliable recommendations without pressure. I have referred them to several people, and the feedback has been positive every time. I feel confident that if I ever need help with my roof or related exterior work again, they will respond quickly and stand behind their work. Great experience overall, and I am very happy with the beautiful roof, shutters, and metal work.

Torrance Roofing Co. did an excellent job installing a new roof on our home as well as on our business property. Gregory was fantastic in guiding us through picking out the right shingle colors, roof styles, and gutter options that fit our needs. He was very patient, taking the time to show us different examples of previous work around Torrance, which made our decisions much easier. The team paid close attention to detail, making sure things like the seams on the roof matched perfectly with our siding. We are extremely happy with the results and the professionalism shown throughout the project. I highly recommend their roofing services to anyone in the area.
