Not sure who Torrance city roofing is. I have my own company that operates at this location. These guys don't show any license # either. Beyond me why these guys show up on google before my own roofing company. That's Nick's Roofing Service license #1009097 if you came here looking for a real local roofer.

we needed a small roof repair on our rental property, and torrance city roofing - torrance made the whole process easy from the first call. the team was quick to respond, showed up on time, and explained the repair clearly. they took extra care to match the replacement shingles to the existing roof color, even double-checking with the supplier to make sure the batch was the right fit. that kind of attention to detail really stood out, especially for a roofing repair where appearance and proper material matching matter. the pricing was fair and competitive, the workmanship was clean and professional, and the service from start to finish was excellent. they helped protect the roof and keep the property looking well maintained. i would gladly use them again for any future roofing work.

From the first visit, Tracy was professional, on time, and very polite. No matter what roofing issue came up, Tracy was focused on getting it fixed the right way with solid workmanship and care. Over time, Tracy completed two full roof replacements for me on two different homes, along with several other roof repairs before that. Each project was handled smoothly, and the results have held up very well through sun, heat, and normal wear. I have also referred Tracy to my parents, grandparents, aunt, and uncle, and they all spoke highly of the honest service, clear communication, and strong roofing expertise. I rarely leave reviews, but this roofing company truly stands out for quality work, integrity, and dependable service. If you need a roofer for repairs or a full replacement, you can feel confident choosing this team.

We recently had some roofing work done in Torrance, and we are very happy with the overall result and with how our concerns were handled from start to finish. The crew did an excellent job repairing problem areas on our roof. We had a dead valley that was causing a leak into our great room, along with a section that needed proper kick-out flashing. They found the issue quickly, explained the repair in simple terms, and completed the work the right way. Since the repair, we have felt much more at ease knowing the roof is protecting our home the way it should. We also had a skylight added as part of the project. During the process, we had a few questions about placement, and Tracy was very helpful and responsive. After we shared our preferences, the team worked with us to make sure the skylight location matched what we wanted. We really appreciated their willingness to listen, adjust, and make customer satisfaction a priority. What stood out most was their professionalism, communication, and commitment to quality roofing work. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and focused on getting the details right, from leak repair to flashing to the final skylight finish. It is clear they care about doing solid roof work and making sure the homeowner is comfortable with the outcome. In the end, we are pleased with the finished roof work and would recommend them to anyone in Torrance needing roof repairs, leak detection, flashing corrections, or skylight installation. The final result looks great, performs well, and gave us real peace of mind.

We’re absolutely delighted with the way our new roof and trim turned out, and we’re so glad we chose Torrance City Roofing - Torrance! From the start, Brayden was fantastic—never pushy, always patient, and took the time to answer all our questions while we decided on colors and materials. Once we made our choices, the roofing materials arrived quickly and we were put on the schedule without delay. The team made sure to finish the job before my family came into town, which we really appreciated. The crew was impressive—they arrived early each morning and worked until dusk, finishing the entire roofing and gutter job in just under four days. Throughout the process, Tracy was always available to help with any concerns and checked in to make sure we were satisfied every step of the way. We couldn’t be happier with both the experience and the finished roof. The house looks fantastic, and we just wish we’d called sooner!

I worked with Tracy and Brayden from the roofing company when I had some trouble with my insurance claim for my roof. Tracy really went the extra mile to help me deal with the insurance company and made the whole process much easier. When it was finally time to get my roof replaced, I was assigned to Brayden, who was just as helpful and professional. Brayden quickly provided a new estimate and kept in touch throughout the process. Once my HOA gave the green light, the team got my new roof installed in no time. Both Brayden and the owner even called to check in and make sure I was happy with the results, which made me feel like a valued customer. I was so pleased with their work that I decided to have my house painted by someone Tracy recommended, and I’m also planning to get new gutters installed by the same roofing company. In my job, I meet a lot of contractors, but this roofing company is definitely one of the best I’ve worked with. I highly recommend them if you need roofing work done!

I had a fantastic experience with this roofing company after I noticed a wet spot on my ceiling caused by a slow leak from two roof vents during some recent heavy rain and strong winds. As a new customer, I called and Brayden was able to come out the very same day to check out the issue, even though the roof was still wet. He inspected everything thoroughly, took photos, and explained exactly what was going on with my roof. Brayden then put together a clear estimate using their software and emailed it to me right away for my review and approval. Once I gave the go-ahead, they scheduled my roof repair for the very next morning. Brayden and Tracy kept me informed about their arrival time and finished the repair in about an hour. The final bill matched the estimate exactly, and I received a digital copy of the repair and invoice immediately. If you need quick, affordable, and professional roof repairs, I definitely recommend giving this company a call!

I have been using Torrance City Roofing - Torrance for regular maintenance ever since I needed a small section of asphalt shingles replaced. I usually schedule service with them twice a year, mainly for gutter cleaning and a full roof inspection. I signed up for their Home Confidence Plan to make things easier, and the whole process, from making an appointment to finishing the work, has always been smooth and stress-free. It’s rare these days to feel like you really get your money’s worth, but I do every time. This time, Brayden and Tracy came out to work on my roof, even with the hot weather, and still did an excellent job to my complete satisfaction. They sent me a detailed email report with more than 60 photos so I could see exactly what was done. The care they showed made it seem like they were working on their own home. I highly recommend them for any roofing services, whether it’s repairs, cleaning, or inspections. After searching around for the right roofing company, I’m glad I made the right choice.

I had a new roof installed on my house in Torrance, and it was a pretty big and complicated project. The team finished the work right on schedule and did an excellent job. They really focused on delivering top-quality results, even going beyond what was expected. For example, they bought paint that matched my trim and used it on the drip edge before putting it in, which made everything look seamless. As they worked, they found some wood rot hidden behind the gutters that wasn’t included in the original roofing plan. Instead of making me find someone else, they fixed it themselves as part of the project. When they reached the balcony area, they adjusted their plans to make sure the roof repairs fit perfectly with the changes needed. With roofing jobs, there are often surprises along the way, but Tracy and Brayden handled everything for me instead of telling me to hire other people for painting or carpentry. This made the whole process much easier and left me with a finished roof that looks fantastic and complete. I got several quotes before choosing this company, and they offered the best price. Even for the extra work that came up, their pricing was very fair. Throughout the project, everyone was professional, friendly, and easy to work with. I’m really happy with how everything turned out.

I decided to go with this roofing company after noticing some of their work on other homes in my neighborhood here in Torrance. I spoke to a few neighbors who had hired them, and everyone seemed really happy with the results. My house is a pretty good-sized craftsman with a steep roof and several gables, so I wanted to make sure I picked the right team. Tracy, who handled the estimate, was very easy to work with and let me choose the asphalt shingles that I liked best. Everything was done just as promised, and the crew was friendly and hardworking. I especially appreciated that they kept noise to a minimum and didn’t play loud music while working. The price for the job was very fair, and the quality of the work has really stood the test of time—it still looks and works like new. I would definitely hire them again for any roofing needs.

We had an excellent experience! The roofing team explained every part of the process to us before starting, so everything was clear from the beginning. Before the project began, Brayden met with our insurance adjuster several times to make sure everything was in order, and while the work was being done, Tracy stayed in touch with us daily to keep us updated. The crew was friendly and respectful, working hard to keep our property tidy and making sure to clean up thoroughly once the job was finished. They even went above and beyond by taking care of a few extra details for us. We chose to upgrade to a higher quality, more durable shingle, and we are extremely pleased with both the service we received and the finished look of our new roof.

Torrance City Roofing - Torrance did a full re-roof for my home, including replacing four skylights and installing three new bathroom exhaust fans that vent outside. The roof has a steep 12/12 pitch, but their team handled it with no problem. Their price was much better than the other roofing companies that gave me quotes. They used top-quality GAF roofing materials, and thanks to that, I received a 50-year all-inclusive warranty that can even be transferred to a future homeowner. The installation crew worked efficiently and kept everything professional and tidy—they were respectful the entire time and made sure to clean up the whole area when the job was done. Brayden was available to answer any questions I had and made sure every detail was handled just right. If you’re thinking about getting roofing work done, I highly recommend this company. I’m very happy with the results and believe others will be too.

We had an outstanding experience with Torrance City Roofing - Torrance. Tracy and Brayden, along with their whole crew, were true professionals and knew exactly how to install our Davinci tile roof. This material is much more specialized than regular asphalt shingles, so it requires real skill and attention to detail. The team handled everything with care and took the time to make sure the job was done right. The crew kept the worksite tidy and did a thorough clean-up each day. Everyone was friendly, upbeat, and easy to work with. We were impressed by their positive attitude throughout the whole project. The estimate we received for this type of roofing was also much better than the other quotes we had gotten. If you’re looking for reliable and skilled roofers, this company is a great choice!

tracy and the crew did an awesome job fixing my roof in torrance. i noticed a leak in my bathroom ceiling, so tracy came out, got up on the roof, and found the problem right away. he did a quick patch to keep things dry until the team could come back for a full repair. a few days later, they replaced the damaged part of the roof and cleaned up so well that you couldn't even tell any work had been done. tracy is honest, reliable, and very easy to work with. the price was fair, and he brought all his own tools, including a ladder, so i didn't have to worry about anything. would definitely recommend if you need roofing help in torrance.

I've relied on this roofing company for a long time, both for my business roof replacement and my own home. Not long ago, I had a persistent leak in one of my office rooms that kept showing up every time it rained. The team responded quickly each time I called, never charging me for the extra visits, and worked hard to help me figure out where the water was coming from. Tracy from their crew really went above and beyond. Tracy suspected the issue might be plumbing-related, especially since the leak stopped during the dry summer months. When it finally rained again, I called and Tracy came out right away, spending hours investigating the problem. After a thorough check, Tracy brought in a trusted plumber, and sure enough, it turned out to be a pipe issue. Even though the problem wasn't with the roof, they didn't charge me for their time and referred me to a reliable plumber who fixed the leak at a fair price. I really appreciate the honest and dedicated service. I would highly recommend this roofing company to anyone needing roof work in California. They're knowledgeable, helpful, and truly care about their customers.
