  Had an excellent experience with Top Tier Roofing. Ty spent a lot of time inspecting the house, detailing the process and contract, answering all questions then making sure the work was done correctly. The roofer, Edwin, was a pleasure to work with and did a great job. He was able to identify and correct old problems with our roof. Overall, I thought that the cost was very reasonable, communication was very good and the roof looks great.

  The gentleman that came out and fixed my roof Jason McCracken did an excellent job. He was punctual, professional, & excellent at communicating and at repairing my roof where shingles had came off. I was very impressed with how quickly the company responded, got the gentleman out to my house, and repaired my roof. I would highly recommend this company and Mr. McCracken.

  I had an excellent experience from Jason. He was punctual, polite, and extremely knowledgeable of his trade. Even before our appointment time, Jason texted/called to let me know that he was on his way to my house. Those 2 traits from Jason told me that Top Tier Roofing is respecting its customer and having good communication to customer. After showing Jason the leak issue (vent from roof for the gas water heater had water every time it rained), Jason was able to explain what possibly causes the leak and complete the repairs on the spot. After a downpour rain and strong wind yesterday, no more leaks over the vent for the gas water heater. I am very happy with the repairs Jason did. I highly recommended Jason from Top Tier Roofing as he is the most responsive, friendly, and easiest to communicate.

  I am selling my house and and buyers inspectors noted signs of past moisture. Ty from Top Tier showed me the issue in the attic as well as from on the roof. HERE IS THE BIG PART! Rather, than charging me 800-1200 dollars to fix issue, he walked me through how I can do it myself for under $50 dollars and a half an hour.. I would request him. He was totally honest, showed me pictures of vent boot adapter and proper caulking to use.

  Less than 10 months and I’ve already got shingles falling out. Thank you all for a timely response, it’s really appreciated. I have other parts of the house that need to be roofed and plan to use you because of the customer service.

As we discussed this morning, mansard shingles can sometimes be a bit tricky because of the steep angle, and even a well-installed one can slip from time to time. What you are experiencing is the shingle has delaminated at it's bond from manufacturing.   Jason from Top Tier Roofing has been amazing! He took time to explain to me the issues. He even took pictures of my roof to show me what was going on. I know nothing about roofing so I really appreciated his patience in answering all of my questions. He even continued answering my questions via text when the work was done.
