Knight Exteriors quoted the best price around. Eric is very personable and down to earth! His team worked very fast, roof was done in two days and it looks amazing! Knight Exteriors goes the extra mile to make sure not only is your roof done correctly but any underlying issues are brought to your attention and taken care of right away! Nothing negative to say about Eric and his team!

After researching several recs from friends and neighbors, we followed the rec of a neighbor and asked Eric Knight and his crew to replace our worn out deck this past winter. They did such fine work, that we asked them back to replace the gutters on our house with the job completed this week. Now that all of this work is complete, it’s time to say what a great experience we’ve had in our dealings with Eric and his crew. Eric takes time to listen to you, your concerns, and your hopes for the project. He lays out thoughtful suggestions and options for you to consider. When it comes time for the work to begin, his crews are fantastic: on time, polite, communicative, and highly skilled. We could not be happier! Eric and crew may not be the cheapest. I don’t think they’re the most expensive. We do know they are the BEST! (Note that the price we cite includes both deck and gutters, Timber Tech materials and heavy gauge gutters with stainless steel leaf guards). Highly, highly recommended. The following are pictures of our worn out deck, then the replacement. Notice not only the craftsmanship of the deck but also the black gutters (with leaf guards) that are going to do the job, make upkeep easier, and really give a sharp looking update to our sixtysome year old house. Thanks, Eric and all of your fine crew!

Had a complete shingle replacement from Knight Exteriors, after the 22 year old original roof needed replacement. His crew showed up on time as expected and delivered the advertised product in two days. The property was thoroughly cleaned up. Any issues that came up, Eric took care of. He is a man of his word, and made sure things were right.

We’re pleased with the new roof. And we’re pleased with the installation. The Knight team did an amazing job. They installed a netting around the house to protect our shrubs and gardens and did a thorough clean up job around the house.
