I had a highly disappointing experience with Andrews Roofing and would recommend looking elsewhere if you value communication and basic professionalism. We invited them out to bid on a specific Request for Proposal (RFP). The red flags started during the initial site inspection. The technician showed up without the proper equipment to actually access the roof. After doing whatever inspection they could manage, they ducked out and left the property without saying a word or providing any feedback. When we finally received their proposal, it was clear they had completely ignored our RFP guidelines, instead proposing a bloated, excessive project that went way beyond what we requested. I sent two separate follow-up emails asking them to re-quote the project to align with our actual specifications. Both emails were completely ignored. After weeks of radio silence, I was forced to call them myself just to get an update, only to be told over the phone that they were declining the job entirely. If you want a contractor who arrives prepared, respects your project scope, and has the courtesy to respond to basic emails, do yourself a favor and bypass Andrews Roofing. They wasted a significant amount of our time.

Very disappointed with Andrews. We had our roof replaced and the crew damaged our siding in multiple places, broke our awning, scuffed the frames of our brand new windows, completely destroyed one of our bushes, and left trash in our yard. …

This company showed up at 7am to start dismantling our neighbor's roof without any prior warning. Especially during covid this is pretty rude since people are working from home. They threw the shingles directly into our driveway and used a …

Andrews Roofing just completed replacing my 98 year old standing seam metal roof in a historic district. The experience, completed roof & communication was fabulous. I walked into their office unannounced one day & Jeri & another representative took the time to discuss my concerns...prior to even being asked to provide an estimate. I needed specific information to satisfy the historic board requirements as well as grant requirements & they provided what I needed. Billie Mason responded quickly to all of my concerns/questions prior to me signing the contract. Doug & David demonstrated extreme patience in answering my questions during the job, explaining the installation process & addressing my concerns as the job progressed. The only issue I had was damaged siding when they removed the dormer siding to install the new roof but the damaged pieces were replaced promptly. They deserve a 10 star review...5 for communication & 5 for the roof.

Andrew's Roofing is the roofing company you want. They have done dozens of roof installs for our new construction homes, and even more roof replacements for us. The roofers are quick, clean, and thorough; and the office staff is highly professional. I know that when I award them a contract I will have no issues and a very happy homeowner when they're done.

Andrews Roofing handled our roof installation this month and we could not have been happier or more satisfied! Through the whole process, they demonstrated the utmost professionalism and responsiveness. Every employee we encountered was courteous, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. On the day of our installation, the crew was on time and they worked efficiently throughout the day and showed great respect for our property. They even came back the following day and double-checked our driveway to ensure that no roofing nails had been left behind to be found by our car tires. I would recommend Andrews Roofing to everyone I know. They managed the entire project as if it were their own home.
