Awesome experience with Perry Family Roofing & Remodeling. Nolan worked with me when our schedule changed, and once we were ready they got started right away. The roofing crew was polite, worked hard, and did a great cleanup when the job was finished. The new roof looks great and really improved the house. A few days later, the gutter crew came out, and the new gutters matched perfectly with the roof and trim. They also cleaned up everything well, and the finished work looked so natural I had to look twice. We will definitely call again when we are ready for new windows and more exterior work.

As a first-time homeowner, I did not know much about roofing and was worried about water stains on my ceiling near the chimney. I could not tell if it was an active roof leak or older plaster damage that had never been repaired. After getting several roofing inspections, I was concerned someone might try to push me into a full roof replacement when I really wanted an honest repair option. Perry Family Roofing & Remodeling gave me a clear and straightforward assessment. Leonard explained what could be repaired without overselling anything, which made me feel much more comfortable. The estimate was fair and reasonable compared to the other roofing quotes I received. The crew installed new counter flashing around the chimney and completed mortar repairs on the brick chimney where water could have been getting in. They also took time to check the surrounding roof area to make sure the problem was addressed correctly. I appreciated how thoroughly everything was explained, along with the detailed documentation of the roofing work that would be completed. The workmanship was solid, the communication was excellent, and the whole process felt professional from start to finish. I would gladly hire them again for future roofing or chimney repair needs.

I pay close attention to details and like to understand each step of a roofing project. From the first call through the final cleanup, the whole experience was excellent. Nolan was very helpful and did not rush through the job just to move on to the next roof. He took time to explain what was happening and also helped us work with our insurance agent when we found damage related to the roof and ventilation system. He also helped with several important upgrades, including adding a chimney cricket, installing a solar attic fan, and putting protective covering on the flat section over our patio. Nolan and the roofing crew were skilled, careful, and easy to work with. They rebuilt our small chimney and the finished work looks great. The crew also installed ice and water shield in the roof valleys and followed the shingle application methods recommended by the manufacturer. I really appreciate working with a local family roofing company that takes pride in doing the job the right way. I have seen many roofing crews while walking through my neighborhood, and that made it even clearer that we made the right choice for our roof repair and replacement needs.

The team installed a metal roof for my mom recently, and it turned out fantastic. This is actually the second time I’ve trusted them to put a roof on one of my homes, and both times have been great experiences. Ernest, the Quality Control Inspector, was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything to me so I understood the whole roofing process. The entire crew was hardworking and polite. Roger, the Project Coordinator, also checked in with me to make sure everything was on track and running smoothly. I’m really happy with how everything went and would definitely recommend their roofing services!

Working with a local roofing company in Carrollton turned out to be a great choice for us. We reached out because we had a few shingles missing from the edge of our roof. roger answered our call right away, and we quickly set up an appointment for him to come take a look. roger showed up right on time, climbed up on the roof, and did a thorough inspection. While checking things out, he noticed there was more damage than we thought, likely from a recent hailstorm. He suggested we should talk to our insurance company and file a claim. roger also spotted hail damage on our siding, which we hadn’t even noticed. He even offered to come back and meet with the insurance adjuster when they came to inspect the roof and siding. The insurance representative agreed with what roger found—there was hail damage to both the roof and the siding. After the insurance company sent us their estimate, we shared it with roger. He looked over the paperwork and pointed out some important things that were missing, like a vapor barrier and insulation, which are needed for proper installation according to local building codes. Since we aren’t familiar with all the construction rules, we really appreciated his help. We asked the roofing company to help us work with the insurance company. They did a fantastic job, both in talking with the insurance folks and with putting on our new roof and siding. Any questions or concerns we had were answered fast and in a very professional way. We’re really happy with how our roof and siding turned out. Working with them was definitely the right decision for us.

After a heavy storm, we noticed a leak coming through our laundry room ceiling. We reached out to Perry Family Roofing & Remodeling, and they were able to stop by the same day to take a look. Leonard came out, did a thorough inspection of both the attic and the roof, and quickly found the issue. He took the time to explain everything clearly, even showing us photos of the damaged roof vents. Leonard made temporary repairs on the spot to prevent any further leaks and walked us through the options for a long-term solution. A few days later, they returned to complete the permanent fix and did an excellent job. Leonard was very professional and easy to work with throughout the process. It’s a relief to know there are roofing experts who are honest, knowledgeable, and truly care about helping with any roofing problems. I highly recommend them for anyone needing roof repairs or maintenance—their service, communication, and workmanship are all outstanding.

After discovering an unexpected roof leak during our bathroom remodel, I reached out to several roofing companies. Most couldn’t make it out the same day, which I understood since it was short notice. But then I found Perry Family Roofing & Remodeling. They responded quickly, and even though my repair was a small job, Marvin came out the very same day. He checked everything thoroughly, provided an estimate by email with photos, and even did a temporary fix in the attic to stop the water until the rain passed. Marvin returned a couple of days later to complete the repair and kept in touch with me throughout the process. The leak was fully fixed in less than two hours. I really appreciated getting the bill online the next day, along with step-by-step photos of the work. I hadn’t seen that before and was very impressed. I’ll definitely be calling them again for other projects, like getting a gutter estimate. Top-notch service—definitely 5 stars!

After a strong windstorm in Carrollton caused shingles to come off my roof, I contacted my insurance agent for help and a roofer recommendation. Not long after, Leonard from the roofing company reached out to me. He arrived quickly, tarped the damaged spots, took photos for the insurance claim, and even helped with the whole claims process. When the insurance adjuster visited to inspect the damage, everything was already documented. In just a few weeks, my roof was completely replaced. The crew kept me updated the whole time, did excellent work, and made sure to clean up everything when finished. I’m really impressed with their professionalism and customer service.
