  Even after the roof was done, he wouldn’t stop pointing out more problems. Felt like it would never end.

  Hi Kit, We like to be thorough, but not haunted-by-your-roofer thorough. If we kept pointing out problems, it’s probably because they were actually there. Funny thing though… we couldn’t find any record of you as a customer. Maybe the never-ending part was just the time it took to come up with this review?   I cannot recommend Top Side Roofing enough! I had been dealing with insurance not covering my roof and the stress of having to pay out of pocket, along with several other issues throughout the process. Top Side worked with me every step of the way, accommodating my timeline and going above and beyond to help. They even fixed a leak so I could safely wait until closer to summer for the full replacement, and they painted my chimney to match the new roof. The pricing was fair, and the quality of work was excellent. You truly can’t go wrong choosing them for your roofing needs!

By upgrading your roof ventilation increasing not just the intake, but the exhaust ventilation as well this should dramatically reduce the heat blistering issue we were seeing on the previous shingle. Even with vaulted ceiling it is still important to get airflow traveling between the rafters. Now with the strongest shingled roof you are prepared for the Oklahoma weather. GAF Armorshield II Class 4 with an infinite wind warranty has a SBS-modified matting to help absorb the hail impact much better than a builder grade or a Class 3 shingle. The additional preparation that goes into a fortified roof is definitely a process, but we appreciate your patience. Even though a fortified roof can need replaced down the line, the renailed decking, the zip tape used around the OSB, the extra plastic caps nails, the extra nails in the drip edge, the drip edge being primed with self adhered starter over it, and the higher grade materials used your roof is prepared for the storms. The extra chimney flashing will ensure everything stays water tight. I always recommend one a storm comes through it is a good idea to have your roof inspected prior to filing a claim.   Triston installed our Jellyfish lighting system on our house and it is an amazing addition. We love the the look it gives our house and the option to change our lights to fit any occasion we are having. If you are looking for a light system for your house this is the way to go!!!

  excellent job by the crew. fast and quality work, great clean-up, fair price. really old roof. needed replaced really bad. big holes in the decking under the old shingles. Lucky it didn't cave in. Looks real nice now. would recommend to anyone that will listen.
