  I do not use nor ever recommend (and actively suggest against) any company that sends out door to door guys that ignore no soliciting signs. The sign is there for a reason and a number of people in my neighborhood were upset by being disturbed despite having the sign on their door. - one of the gentleman was named Chris but I couldn’t see the name of the other guy. They also left a sign in my yard and parked blocking part of my driveway in northaven. Rude.

  KH… I think there is a big mistake here. We have not sent out any Door to Door sales people recently. Can you tell me what neighborhood you’re speaking of, so we can promptly get with our team.   Kay Cannon is a great sales rep for Hiner Roofing. My sisters and I were thoroughly pleased with how she made sure we got exactly what we wanted. The roof is beautiful and improves the look of the home 100%. All done in one and a half days!! I have already given references to friends and hope they experience the same level of professionalism and will be as pleased as we are.

  My name is Dewey and after the last hail storm came through a few weeks ago Hiner got to work with my Insurance right away. My roof only being 11 years old perhaps helped so that my insurance did not deduct a lot for over-the-years wear and tear. Either way Hiner agressively coordinated so that my entire roof was paid for and so that my deductible was dramatically reduced. And when I say dramatically, I mean dramatically, folks. Initially I was anxious because significant tree limbs were going to have to be trimmed back so as to install the new roof. I figured that those were not Hiner's responsibility. But not only did Hiner eliminate those branches, once they finished with my home they left nothing behind including the branches. It was a clean sweep of the property which gave me very helpful peace of mind. In addition, all throughout the process Hiner's staff treated my home as though it was their own. I cannot thank Hiner's staff enough for stepping up to the plate and resting me assured that all was taken care of.

  The boys did a five-point inspection and told me that my roof was in good shape and they would take care of anything that they needed to it's a good company and I appreciate their work

  Its so amazing to actually be able to sleep during the rain, our life is changed forever you wont regret hiring these guys. I recommend desert tan on your shingles they're great! Love the warranty and their presentation to.

  Cole C was absolutely amazing!! He came in and was completely honest with us! He answered all of our questions and made us feel at peace with our decision! Even tho we are not going to replace our roof at this time he will be my first call when the time is right! Amazing customer service!!
