  Unfortunately I have to alter my previous reviews of Parker Bros. Recently I had a negative experience with my roof replacement. It’s been 5 months, and my job is still not complete. All of the employees this time are new to me. Price quoted kept changing. I’ve been billed for out-of-pocket costs, on top of insurance amount. Plus the $5000 deductible I paid up front. My previous experience was that I wouldn’t be billed until after I was satisfied with the job. This time I was billed on 4 different occasions. And my skylights are still leaking. So beware! I’m so disappointed in this local family operated company that I have used in the past.

  Never used these guys and honestly never will they are very pushy, and borderline harassing me at this point. Told them not interested and literally have another company's sign in my yard who's doing my roof, yet they put things in my front door then next day the mailbox pretty rediclous take a hint and go away it's not a good look.

  A young lady came out inspected my roof she could have said I need a roof right now she was honest enough to tell me the couple things I needed to do which she didn't have to I appreciated her honest the company sit good examples of how a company should operate and not just try and rip you off because they can.

  I hired Parker Brothers roofing on 6/7/2024 to install gutters and to install siding on my four gables. The gutters were installed in late June, but I found an issue with the back NE corner of my home where the installation caused wood splitting on the 1x2 inch wood trim. I contacted my sales consultant, and he sent out workers to repair the issue, but they made an absolute mess by putting an overly large amount of glue on the upper part damaged areas. They also did not patch the previous screw holes between the facia and back of the gutters. I then contacted the sales consultant again and no one to this day has come to repair it. In reference to my contract for siding my gables, I would like to state that I firmly believe I was more than adequately clear with the sales consultant about what work I wished to have done. I verbally told him multiple times that “I am glad that I am not going to have to paint my gables ever again” and “I am blind in my right eye and am not comfortable getting on my roof to paint my gables”. I don't know how much clearer I could have been that I wanted all the painted surfaces sided on my gables and it is their responsibility to make sure I know exactly what work they are going to do. They did not even begin installing siding my gables until almost mid-September and when I received a call from the sales consultant asking me how the gables looked, I said they looked great, but the job is not done because the facia and sofit are not sided. Come to find out they only intended to side the gable end even after I repeatedly and suggestibly stated the work I wanted done, which leaves them no excuse for not knowing my wishes. I am a consumer, not a siding or roofing professional, and when I say gable, I mean the whole structure and have been told by other roofers that the facia and sofit are part of the gable as a whole. What homeowner in their right mind would ever hire a company to just put siding on the gable end, it just doesn't make any log

  Can't say enough great things about this company. Ryan did an inspection and has worked diligently with our insurance and did multiple visits while the work was being done and at completion. Very good with communication and explanation and everything was done right the first time.

  The estimate was thorough and when the work was completed I received before and after photos and they provided a great packet that explained all the work that was accomplished. I was able to provide the packet to my insurance company to prove the work that was done. Brandon was helpful and communicated the process to me from start to finish which I greatly appreciated! I would definitely recommend them!

  We had a great experience with Parker Brothers, especially working with Brandon. He was professional, responsive, and kept us informed throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure everything was handled correctly from start to finish. The crew worked hard and very quick.
