  Scam company, there sales rep knocks on our door that had a very clear a large no soliciting sign. He then tells us there is damage and asked if we want a free inspection. When asked where the damage is he says the inspector needs to look for it and he doesn't know if there is damage. We just had roofers over 2 days before and they didn't say anything and I inspect roofs also and see nothing. BTW ignora no soliciting sign in okc is criminal. Never do with with a slimy company that pretends do see damage just to sell you a new roof. They also said our neighbors needed a new roof, there is 2 months old.....

  If I could give these guys 0 stars I would! They have a salesperson who is not properly trained. When I spoke to the owner he did not care if his salesperson was not properly trained. Salesperson called my insurance to file a claim and I signed a contract without knowing I thought it was for insurance purposes. He never explained that I was signing a contract and had 3 days to cancel. I was under strong medication because of surgery and did not pay attention. Salesperson was being very pushy even lied and said he missed my call when I never called him and said they could come out the next day. He sent me a message saying I was under contract. I explained to the owner of the company what happened and he still didn’t care and charged me 15% for not wanting to do business with them.

  Angel and bryan were very friendly! Very knowledgeable told me everything I needed to know! They are diligent in inspecting the roof and finding the criteria to get my roof entirely replaced. They help with RCV and ACV depreciation policies. I have lived in my house for 36 years. I am 75 years old and I can trust these guys with my life. I am very grateful that this company and people exist. Give them a call now. Se habla espanol!

  We had to have our roof replaced after a recent storm and the folks at Franco Roofing made the whole process go smoothly from start to finish. Ask for Jaiden. He was a great help along the way.

  Big hailstorm just happened in my area; heard about Franco Roofing in 2022 they did my neighbors roof and did excellent. Very good workmanship very courteous of the property. Bryan our sales rep is very awesome, knew all his information. Very punctual and very helpful & on time. I had a very big headache with my insurance about my solar panels. They went ahead and fought on my behalf to get it supplemented and lo and behold, we got them to approve the solar panels and my entire roof was able to get done flush and correct. Franco roofing upgraded my shingle to an impact resistant high definition roof, and replaced my siding. I cannot recommend them enough. Give them a call if you live in Oklahoma or Texas.

  Below is the timeline of my ratings as things developed: Overall great experience. Original (1 star): Booked through their online system. They are now an hour and 30 minutes late. No call. No answer when I called them. Update (2 Star): Received a call back. Around 6:40 pm. Their system was hacked a few days ago so even though I received confirmation, they did not. I do wonder why the online scheduling system was not disabled though. Update 2 (3 Star): They came out this morning as promised. I'm changing my review to 3 stars for now since they're working to resolve the issue. I've decided to move forward with them for the repair and was told same day repair. I'll post a final update after the repair is completed. Update 3 (5 Star): Roughly 2 hours after update 2. The repair has now been completed. The damaged shingles were replaced, and I was told the decking and underlayment were both in good condition. The repair looks good from the ground, and I appreciate that they repaired only what needed to be repaired instead of trying to sell me a new roof. I've updated my review to 5 stars based on the overall experience.

  Let me tell you my personal experience with this company. I called Franco Roofing in 2022 to replace my roof. They upgraded my roof to impact resistant and upgraded my ventilation. Last month a big hail storm came by and I already had to have my roof replaced. Bryan came over to help me set up the insurance process again and was able to help me get taken care of. I sent him to 10 of my neighbors and now they have the whole city taken care of. I trust them as if they were my family otherwise I wouldn't send them to my neighbors. They don't mess around its a one and done. One stop shop for roofing siding gutters painting. Franco Roofing is the Roofers Roofer who helps the world. This family is highly respected and considers everyone situation regardless of who you are.

  Give them a call if you live in Chickaaha Oklahoma, they have replaced over 20 of the neighbors and make it a no-brainer to work with, they even travel wherever you are. I even have a house in texas. cannot recommend them enough.

  I'm not one to brag however; today isn't about me, it's about Jarden Kendrick a Sales Rep with Franco Roof. After March 10th hail worked over my house, I was patiently watching neighbors get new roofs, I wasn't sure which company to go with. And luckily I remembered seeing several signs for Franco Roofing. I reached out and Jaiden got to work. Like magic my new roof, gutters and siding were finished and I love it. He didn't pressure me into selecting colors or adding a bunch of unnecessary things. He listened to what I wanted and made it happen. If you're ever in need of wonderful, reliable company to get your homes curb appeal back...Go with Franco Roofing and hopefully you'll have the opportunity to meet Jaiden as well.

  Awesome company!! Franco Roofing did a great job for us! Very knowledgeable! Very competitive with the industry. Bryan walked us through the entire insurance process. He even met the insurance adjuster at our home to make sure nothing was missed.

  I had the pleasure of working with Franco Roofing. They are a down to earth family roofing company that listens and prides themselves on transparency. They were working with the neighbors before they came to me last year, and I am a big procrastinator but fate has its way of working out. They are not pushy but very patient and despite a whole year going by they still were able to help me and my rental house get approved through insurance and got me and my family all taken care of. I highly recommend this company and if you have any questions feel free to email me but I must admit this company is second to none and I hope everyone contacts them first before going anywhere else. ¡Se Habla Español!
