We contacted a roofing company to replace our roof after storm damage, and the whole process was smooth from the start. Gavin came out the same day to walk us through the roofing process, explain the materials they use, and answer all of our questions in simple terms. He brought shingle samples so we could compare colors and styles, and when we had trouble choosing, he suggested a few nearby completed roofing jobs so we could see how the shingles looked on actual homes in natural light. He also took time to explain the quality of the roofing products, the installation steps, and what we could expect during the tear-off and replacement. It really helped us feel confident about the workmanship and the materials being used. We also appreciated that they shared references from past roofing customers so we could hear about other homeowners’ experiences. The crew scheduled our roof replacement quickly, started on time, and finished in just two days. They worked efficiently, kept the job site organized, and did a great job cleaning up old shingles and debris when the work was done. They made sure we were happy with every part of the project, and they even helped us deal with the insurance paperwork, which made things much easier. We highly recommend them for any roofing project.

Gavin was fast and efficient during the roofing estimate process. I had two separate roof repair issues for him to inspect, and he explained everything clearly. The first repair needed two visits because the crew wanted the roof surface dry so they could trace the leak path more accurately. Gavin kept me updated the whole time, which I really appreciated. The two roofers I met on the second visit were friendly, professional, and very informative. They worked carefully, checked the problem areas thoroughly, and left the property very clean. Aside from the new roofing materials, there was no sign they had been there. Leak detection can be tricky, especially with how sun and weather can affect a roof in Sherman Oaks, but the team handled it well and gave me confidence in the repair. The office staff was also very helpful and professional whenever I had questions. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would gladly recommend them to anyone needing roofing work.

I had a really great experience with Top Roofing and Construction and Tony’s crew. We have a large ranch-style home with a 3-car garage, so this was a big roofing job. They had the dumpster and shingles delivered ahead of time, which helped the project stay organized and on schedule. The crew got started early, handled the tear-off and roof replacement efficiently, and made excellent progress the first day. They came back the next day and finished even sooner than expected. We compared 4 quotes, and the pricing was very competitive for the quality of the roofing work. I had also heard strong recommendations from several friends who had roof replacements done, so that gave me extra confidence. After owning multiple rental properties and dealing with many roof installs over the years, I only wish I had called them sooner.

On the recommendation of another contractor, i called Top Roofing And Construction to inspect our very leaky porch roof. They responded fast, came out right away, and gave us a clear estimate. The price was very competitive, and their friendly service and quick communication really stood out. Once we got on the schedule, the crew started work promptly and finished the new porch roofing system in less than two days. The job included removing damaged materials, replacing water-damaged roof sheathing, and repairing a few trusses to make sure the structure was solid again. gavin and the crew did great work, kept the area clean, and explained the process in simple terms. We now have a beautiful new porch roof that looks strong, clean, and well-built for the warm weather, and we could not be happier with the whole experience.

I had a fantastic experience with this roofing company for my full roof and skylight replacement. From start to finish, the crew was professional, friendly, and always on time. Nicolas explained everything clearly during our first meeting, making sure I understood what work would be done, what materials would be used, and how long it would take. The team handled every step, from prepping and removing the old roof to installing the new one and cleaning up, with great attention to detail. Communication throughout the project was excellent—straightforward and easy to understand. I also found their pricing to be much more reasonable than other quotes I received. It was clear that the team takes real pride in their work and wants their customers to be happy with the results. I highly recommend this company for anyone needing roof or skylight replacement work.
