  I had appointment scheduled but to my surprised, the secretary stated the roofer was having car problems. Wrong! The roofer was not having car problems because I spoke with him. He said it was too far and there will be traffic. Unbelievable! The company blocked my phone number twice after the secretary hanged up on me. Then the owner called me, stating I misunderstood the appointment and explanation on when I made the call. The nerve of the owner to say that to me and he wanted me to delete yelp review Nope. The yelp and google review are staying. A shady company that doesn’t have any customer service. Do not use this shady company!

Our company maintains strict ethical standards, and does not provide reports intended to misrepresent circumstances to third parties, including HOA‘s or insurance providers we explained this policy clearly once we understood what was being requested. Regarding the appointment, our office did reach out to communicate scheduling concerns at no point was there any intent to mislead you. We also do not block client numbers without cause, and we regret that the communication breakdown led to frustration. We stand behind our integrity and commitment to honest business practices while we understand, you may be disappointed our responsibility is to operate in a way that is transparent and ethical for all parties involved.   I called and scheduled an appointment for an roof repair estimate. The day of the inspection, no one showed up, no one called to inform me of any delay, nothing.

Our policy is to confirm appointments the same day according to our system we did attempt to call to confirm, but the call went directly to voicemail when we’re unable to confirm we typically do not proceed as we assume the homeowner may not be available or may need to reschedule. That said we understand how this could have been disappointing and we apologize for any inconvenience. If you are still in need of assistance, we’d be happy to coordinate a new time that works for you.

  We had a great experience with Platinum Roofing & Retro-Fit on our home in Santa Clarita. Sam was our project manager and was amazing to work with from start to finish. He was always available when we had questions, kept us updated throughout the project, and made sure everything was done properly. The crew did a great job on our roof and kept everything clean and organized throughout the process. The whole experience was smooth, professional, and honestly much easier than we expected. If you’re looking for a reliable roofing company in Studio City, I would definitely recommend Platinum Roofing & Retro-Fit. Ask for Sam!! He really took care of us!
