  Poor quality install,crooked placement ,not even,bubbles etc.Paid way over what current market price.Pushy over zealous sales.

  We had 3 consultations from various roofing companies & I must say the roofing industry is a racket meaning corrupt with no proper oversight to protect consumers. I believe the pricing is set similar to healthcare where the consumer is paying exorbitant unnecessary costs. It is what it is & we needed a new roof & Lawsons completed the job but not without me having to stay close otherwise I probably wouldn’t have had the trim or overhang or whatever it’s called painted to match the rest of the new pieces. But beware they are messy, try to cut corners & did not return as promised by Dylan to double check for nails around my home with their metal detector. I have found countless rusty nails all around my home & I informed Dylan we have dogs & kids & cannot afford to have anyone hurt by a rusty nail. He promised someone would come back and it’s been over 6 months & I still find nails popping up in the yard. I gave up asking about 4 months ago. Difficult to vet roofing companies but be careful with this one. Hell they really are the same. Pics show nails found. Scary to think those rusty things could have been stuck in one of our family members feet.

  I wasn't sure if I needed a full replacement or just a patch. The estimator came out and was pretty chill. Said we could wait a year if we wanted. But we did the repair anyway. Crew was efficient. Left a few nails in the flower bed but whatever. No leaks.

  Had a leak over the garage after that last crazy storm. They came out, found the source, and patched it up. My dog barked at the guy the whole time but he didn't care. It's held up through a couple of sprinkles since. Fine.

  If one of my friends asked who I'd trust for a roof replacement in Los Angeles, I'd send them straight to Lawsons Roofing. Good people, solid work, and Dylan was great throughout the whole job.

  Had them do a roof inspection and repair some flashing that was loose. They came out, fixed it, and checked the rest of the roof. Found a few loose shingles and replaced them. The whole thing took a couple hours. The price was fair. They were on time. No complaints.

  They replaced the roof on our rental property. The tenant said the work was quiet and they cleaned up well. The new roof has a warranty which is nice. The only issue is the color is slightly darker than the sample but it looks fine.

  The roof on our house was original from the 80s. Lawson did a full tear-off and replacement. The new shingles look great. They added better ventilation which should help with the summer heat. They were here for about a week. The crew was friendly. They found some water damage near the eaves and fixed it. The only thing is they left a few nails in the grass but I picked them up. The roof is solid and we're happy.

  The roof on our house had definitely seen better days. With two little kids, we wanted it taken care of before winter rolled around. Lawsons Roofing made it happen. Dylan was easy to work with and the new shingle roof looks fantastic.

  The roof was old and worn. They tore it off and put on a new one. Clean job. They found some rotted plywood and replaced it. The price was fair. They showed up when they said.

  We had a leak during that big storm last month. Lawson came out and patched it temporarily, then came back to do the full replacement when the weather cleared. The new roof looks great. They even fixed a few shingles on the garage that weren't part of the original quote. No extra charge. The only hiccup was they left a tarp in my yard for a couple extra days but they picked it up. I'd recommend them.
