The only roofer I plan to use is Top Notch Roofing. Tucker and Logan, the owners, were very professional, kind, and truly focused on making sure I was fully satisfied with the roofing work. I got several estimates, and while theirs was not the cheapest or the most expensive, I chose them because Tucker was the only roofing contractor who took the time to walk me through the whole process. He clearly explained the roofing materials, the shingle options I wanted, the type of nails they use, and even showed me samples so I could feel confident in the choice. From the moment he left, I knew this was the roofing team I wanted for the job. They made everything easy to understand, answered my questions, and showed real care about quality workmanship. The crew was courteous, dependable, and paid close attention to detail from start to finish. If you want a roofer you can trust to do solid work, communicate well, and make sure the roof is done right, this is the team to call.

I give this roofing job 4.5 stars, since a perfect score would mean there were no contract or scheduling issues at all. I work with construction contracts, so I pay close attention to the details. Top Notch Roofing was recommended to me by a property manager friend who had a good experience with their roof work, and that referral gave me confidence to move forward with a full roof replacement estimate in Lynwood. Before signing, I had some concerns after reading older online reviews, but after meeting with Logan and going over the scope, I felt much better about the process. He was open and direct when answering questions, and he had no problem agreeing to added roofing requirements in the contract. I included items like gutter removal, roof deck repairs where needed, valley waterproofing, upgraded underlayment, and a higher nail pattern for the shingles to make sure the new roof would hold up well in the warm California climate. The price came in at a fair middle range, which usually makes the most sense for quality roofing work. The project started a few days later than first expected because rain had affected earlier jobs, but communication was clear and reasonable. Once work began, the roof replacement moved along at a steady pace and the crew stayed focused on doing it the right way instead of rushing through it. Tucker handled the main on-site roofing work, while Logan checked in regularly and stayed involved. I brought up a few questions during the job, and each one was addressed quickly and politely. That kind of responsiveness matters a lot on a roofing project, especially when details like flashing, waterproofing, and deck conditions can affect long-term performance. I also appreciated how well the job site was cleaned at the end of each day. Even after long hours of tear-off, repairs, and shingle installation, the crew kept the property in good order. Overall, I found them competent, dependable, and easy to work with, and I would recommend them for roof r

Jeffrey came out to inspect my roof after I noticed a leak. He spent close to an hour checking everything carefully. When he finished, he showed me photos of the problem areas and clearly explained the roofing repairs he recommended. I also had a few other roofing contractors look at it, and this crew stood out. Later, Tucker and the crew started the roof repairs and finished the job in a timely manner. I was very impressed with the quality of the roofing materials, the workmanship, and their professionalism. They cleaned up debris at the end of each day and kept the property neat throughout the project. The whole process felt organized, honest, and stress-free. I would gladly recommend them to other homeowners in my neighborhood in Lynwood.

5 out of 5 stars for this roofing crew. They recently replaced the roof and gutters at our funeral home in Lynwood, and tucker and i were very pleased with the whole process. Since we also work in a service business, we really notice when a …

Highly recommend for roof repair. We had a roof tile slip off the upper corner of our two-story home, so I contacted a few roofing contractors for help. Many of the other roofers wanted much higher service call fees just to come out, with no repair included, compared with the quote I was given over the phone for the actual repair work. The crew was easy to reach by call and text, showed up on time, explained the roofing repair clearly, and did quality work on the tile roof. The whole process felt smooth and professional, and the repair was handled quickly. Based on the fair pricing, strong workmanship, and fast communication, I would gladly use this roofing company again for any future roof repairs or tile roof service.

Being in Lynwood and not knowing which roofer to pick, i first looked at the company’s reputation and strong customer feedback, which gave me confidence. The whole roofing process was easy, smooth, and pleasant from start to finish. ralph and his crew were professional, skilled, and easy to work with. It was a very positive experience that included an in-person roof inspection, a follow-up meeting to go over materials and project details, fast replies by text, and great service all around. eli and the team followed through on everything they promised, and the roof installation was finished ahead of schedule. They worked hard, stayed organized, and completed the job quickly with a solid crew. What used to be an old, worn-out roof is now a strong, great-looking upgrade for our home. tucker also pointed us toward a reliable tree trimming service, which was very helpful. We are also planning to have new gutters installed soon, and based on this experience, we feel very good about moving forward.

tucker and the crew are our go-to team in Lynwood whenever we need roofing, gutters, soffits, or siding work. they are very friendly, helpful, and attentive to our needs and concerns from the first inspection to the final cleanup. They took time to explain the roof options, answer every question, and leave material samples so we could look them over and feel confident about the color and style choice. We have worked with other home contractors before, but this roofing team really stood out for their professionalism and follow-through. They stayed responsive, showed up as promised, and made sure the work was done right and to our satisfaction. It was clear they cared about quality workmanship, good communication, and protecting our home during the project. i would highly recommend them for any roofing or exterior work.

Logan and Jeffrey were amazing on our roofing project. We were very pleased with the daily communication from the crew. They kept the job site very clean, picking up trash and roofing materials each day. Their foreman, Caden, was on site daily and often worked alongside the team during material delivery and installation. Jeffrey and Logan were very patient and helpful with color choices for the roof and exterior work. They regularly sent photos and short video updates, so we always knew how the project was moving along. This is a family-style crew, and they represented themselves with real professionalism. Our family highly recommends them and would gladly use them again for future roofing and exterior home projects. The work included installing new exterior siding, replacing an outside door and adding a screen door, full soffit and roof ventilation replacement, replacing cedar support posts on an outdoor deck, and painting the exterior of the home. If you need a roofer for your project, give this team a chance. Their strong work ethic and professional service speak for themselves.

We had a great experience with this roofing team. They really went above and beyond helping us sort out a bad roof situation on a house we purchased that was supposed to have a newly installed roof. It turned out the prior roofing work was one of the worst installs they had ever seen, with major issues, poor workmanship, and leaks that showed up quickly. They helped us through the whole process, answered our concerns clearly, and installed a properly built new roof that looks solid and performs well. The crew was polite, careful around the property, and did an excellent cleanup when the job was done. caden and eli were easy to talk to, and jeffrey was very helpful when we had follow-up questions after the installation. They came back out quickly, checked everything, and made sure we felt confident about the new roofing system. We even asked about keeping out bats and other small critters, and they explained how the roof setup and sealing details help with that too. It is hard to say enough good things about their honesty, craftsmanship, and professionalism. In a roofing industry where not every contractor does quality work, this team really stands out for doing the job right.

i had been in my home for a while with no big issues until i noticed a small roof leak in one room. I started looking for a roofer and after checking reviews online and calling a few places, I chose company: Top Notch Roofing. tucker came out the next day to inspect the roof, and i was impressed that he used a drone to get clear photos and speed up the roofing inspection. He gave me a same day estimate for the roof repair and the front gutters, and everything was explained in a clear and honest way. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently for several hours, and handled the roofing and gutter work without needing anything from me. They even replaced some damaged wood decking they found during the job at no extra charge, which really showed their professionalism. The whole process felt smooth, straightforward, and stress free. Communication was strong, the workmanship looked great, and there were no surprise costs or hidden fees. The before and after results made a big difference, and it is easy to see the improvement. I definitely recommend them for roofing and gutter needs.

They installed a bathroom exhaust roof vent for me so the fan in my ceiling could vent moisture out through the attic the right way. Jeffrey and Tucker handled the roofing work, and they did a great job from start to finish. Jeffrey was very quick to respond, answered all my questions clearly, and got the job scheduled fast. The roof vent installation went smoothly, and the workmanship was solid. They were professional, careful with the roof shingles, and made sure the flashing and sealant were done properly to keep the roof weather tight in Lynwood. I also appreciated that they matched the vent color very closely with the gutters, which made everything look clean and well finished. Once the vent was in place, it was easy to connect the attic ducting and complete the bathroom ventilation project. It is clear they know roofing and roof penetration work very well, and I felt confident having them handle this part of the job correctly. I am very happy with the quality of the work and would gladly recommend them to family and friends.
