Repair Roof Now did an excellent job on my roof. I thought about trying to handle parts of it myself, but with the heat, the sun exposure, and everything else I had going on, it made much more sense to hire a professional roofing crew. My fiancé and I wanted quality work, so we got a few estimates, and their price was right in the middle. They removed 2 to 4 old layers, installed new OSB across the full main roof deck, added ice and water shield in key areas, built a proper cricket behind the chimney, worked on the flat roof sections and both dormers, and installed new step flashing throughout. Since this home is around 100 years old, it likely had never had a complete tear-off and full roof replacement before, so this was a major upgrade. Before the project, the house had three active leaks in different spots. Now everything feels solid, sealed, and protected, and I finally have real peace of mind. Leonard was the foreman on this large job, and he and the crew did a fantastic job from start to finish. They answered all of my detailed questions, were easy to work with, and handled several contract changes without any trouble. The service was professional, the roofing work was thorough, and the whole experience was smooth. I would gladly recommend them to anyone who needs roof repair or a full roof replacement.

We had an old leaking skylight and needed a roofing crew we could trust. Out of the three roofers we contacted for estimates, this team was the most professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. Their online estimate and invoicing process was simple, clear, and much quicker than handling paperwork by mail. They scheduled the work fast, which really helped because rain was causing water to drip into our family room. The crew explained the skylight replacement process well, showed strong roofing experience, and completed the job efficiently. We are very happy with the new skylights. They look clean, bring in beautiful natural light, and seem much quieter. We also expect they will help our home stay more comfortable during warm weather and improve overall energy efficiency. The whole roofing and skylight service was smooth from start to finish, and we would gladly recommend them.

Repair Roof Now actually answers the phone, which was a great first plus. patrick quickly set up a time for the crew to inspect my roof skylights after several started leaking during heavy rain. After checking everything, they explained that the older skylights were worn out and at the end of their service life, so a clear quote was prepared. bruce then came out to confirm the measurements and make sure all 10 skylights were the right fit for the roofing system. Once the materials arrived, the job was scheduled right away. theodore brought a large roofing team, and they finished the full skylight replacement in one day while working carefully around the weather. He made sure the installation was done correctly, sealed well, and matched the roof properly. He also took time to set up the remote controls, connect the system to our phones, and show us how everything worked. i would gladly hire them again for any roof repair or skylight work because the whole process felt organized, fast, and professional.

we could not be more impressed with the roofing team. after moving, we had several disappointing experiences with other contractors, but this roof repair service completely changed that. javier was the representative who handled our roofing issue, and he was very professional, responsive, and easy to work with. he even went out of his way the same day to make sure the replacement shingles were a close match for our existing roof, which really showed his attention to detail. the office staff and support team were also very helpful, polite, and organized throughout the whole process. everyone involved showed real care for our needs, explained the repair steps clearly, and followed through on every promise. the crew worked efficiently, kept the area clean, and made sure the roofing repair was done right. because of such a great experience, they were the first roofers we called when one of our rental properties had storm damage. again, javier responded quickly, inspected the roof, and took care of everything in a timely way. he is knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly understands roofing work very well. we are very thankful for the quality workmanship, strong customer service, and dependable help. i highly recommend this roofing company for roof repairs, storm damage, shingle work, and honest service.

To us, nothing matters more for a home than a secure, watertight roof. This roofing company has a lot of hands-on experience and skilled crews that deliver high-quality roofing work, and in our case, they also handled siding on a barn and roofing for a gazebo. Our first job with them was a full roof replacement during the warmer season. We compared several estimates, and while theirs was not the cheapest or the most expensive, a trusted builder friend told us that for a metal roof, this was the roofer he would choose. We followed that advice and have been very happy ever since, using them again for other roofing-related projects. One moment really showed how professional they are. patrick came out to inspect the roof and put together the estimate, and from that first visit, he earned our full trust. Right after the old asphalt shingles were removed and the roof deck was exposed, heavy rain and strong winds were expected over the weekend. patrick had the crew remove the scaffolding around the house and fully tarp the roof to protect it. It was a big extra step and not easy for the crew, since they would have to set everything up again later, but they still did it the right way. The storm brought a lot of damage around Carson, including downed trees and street flooding, and the roofing crew had trouble getting back out right away because of road conditions. Even so, our home stayed dry with no leaks at all. the price stayed exactly as quoted, which we really appreciated. This is a quality roofing company with dependable people, solid communication, and workmanship that lasts. Even after many years, we still have no issues with the roof or any of the work they completed.

I do not usually write reviews, but I had to share my experience with Repair Roof Now. I am very picky about workmanship, and Leonard and the crew met and even exceeded what my wife and I expected. They paid close attention to every detail, explained the roofing process clearly, and provided some of the best customer service I have had. They installed a beautiful new roof that has already gotten a lot of compliments, and they also went the extra mile to solve an ongoing leak that several other roofing contractors had not been able to find. The problem turned out to be around the side of the chimney flashing, not the main roof surface, and their persistence and roofing expertise made all the difference. They tracked it down, repaired it properly, and made sure everything was sealed and secure. It is clear they take real pride in their roofing work and believe in doing the job right. It feels good to find honest roofers who are fair, dependable, and do not try to overcharge. The quality, professionalism, and peace of mind made it well worth the investment.
