Maverick no call, no show roofing. They're undependable. I waited on their waitlist for 2 months for a roof replacement and then they no call, no showed (& didn't answer their phone) for weeks! Thank God it's summertime. I'd be screwed if this occurred during a rainy season

This is an edit to my previously glowing review: Worst experience ever, after my roof was done, water poured in with the next rain and they never even showed up to fix it, nothing. …

Reading the 5 stars reviews on Google, I felt comfortable reaching out to Greg for an evaluation to replace my roof. There were a few negative reviews but I didn't let that get in the way. However, I guess I fell into that small category. I understand everyone is busy. When Greg didn't show up for the evaluation, I thought he forgot. However, he didn't call to acknowledge that he didn't get to stop by my place. Days later, I reached out to him. He said he would call my tenant to arrange a time & a date and would call me back. He failed to do that either. When you failed on your words, they spoke loudly on your work ethic. Maverick was the first roofing company I called just based on the Google reviews. I wasn't calling several companies for different evaluations. As a business person myself, I don't have the time to have different companies to tell me the same thing. I'm going to start searching for another roofing company with strong work ethics and quality that I can trust.

Greg, the owner of Maverick Roofing Inc., recently repaired the flat roof on my rental property, and he did a superb job. He clearly explained the root causes of the damage and what needed to be done. Without any extra charge, he even relocated my water heater exhaust to meet proper building codes. Best of all, he generously lowered the final cost below his original estimate—making it cheaper than the quotes I received from unlicensed contractors. After finishing the work, he showed me photo proof of everything he did. Since I live six hours away from the property, finding someone I can fully trust for remote work is a huge relief. I highly recommend him.

I recently was referred to Maverick Roofing in order to get a new roof. Greg Rojas was quick in providing me with an a written proposal. I had gotten 2 other estimates, but felt Greg was actually more in line with the proposed appraisal. Him and his team were here on time, cleaned up everyday, and would always return my texts for any questions or concerns l had promptly. It was a pleasure dealing with him and his team. If you’re in need of new roof l recommend you reach out to Greg Rojas of Maverick Roofing for an estimate. I think you will be happy with his immediate attention!
