A few weeks ago I had the pleasure of working with Top Notch for my roof replacement. I was connected with them through a business associate when I was seeking quotes for my roof replacement. They weren't the least expensive, but they were competitive. Quite frankly, I had more trust in Joseph Stevens than anyone else who provided me with an evaluation and a quote for a fortified roof. With that said, we scheduled the work. We were delayed a day due to weather (welcome to South LA), but it was only one day. The crew showed up on time and worked diligently all day long until the work was completed. The process for a fortified roof was followed to the letter. My roof is now certified as fortified which will save me thousands on my homeowner's insurance. We did run into one issue. Because I have solar panels (and they've been there for over 15 years), we ended up having lots of water damaged decking which could not have been seen until the old roof was removed. Without missing a beat, Joseph (who was on property the entire time) and his team replaced all the damaged decking. Unfortunately, it was costly, but Joseph worked with me a little ease the brunt of the expense. The job was completed right at sunset. Had it not been for issues with the decking, they most likely would have finished by mid-afternoon. Typically speaking, when roof jobs happen, there are always nails laying around, but not in this case. Considering that they literally had to use thousands of nails for the fortified roof and the fact that I only found about 6-7 nails after the clean-up is astonishing. We're incredibly satisfied with the work performed and the professionalism of Joseph and his team.

Would recommend 10/10 times. Very knowledgeable. Worked with my adjuster to be sure everything was included in my claim to ensure a quality roof replacement. On time for meetings. Crew showed up early and knocked out a challenging roof in one day. Also had resources for someone to do some framing work on my patio.
