Are these people around? They were here in Missouri and now have completely ghosted me after receiving over $11,000.

These people cold all you and ignore The Missouri No Call law. They lie and say they have offices in STL Missouri. When you start to question them they hang up. …

Good afternoon. We do have office 4625 Lindell Blvd Saint Louis Mo. We only call customers around our build areas so we do apologize for the inconvenience.

100% do not recommend! My experience was horrible from start to finish. Given ample opportunity to resolve with integrity to no avail. Will be taking to small claims court. Too many details to list. Do yourself a favor and go with someone else. As a business owner myself, I couldn’t be more disappointed. The proof is in the work.

Mrs. Heather. You’re blaming us for an improperly built patio, that never had anything there before our install. You don’t have a roof leak. You have a patio leak and something we never touched. I was doing this as a free service to you and gifting you a TV for something that wasn’t even our fault. If you still feel the need to keep this post up after we show all of our documentation before and after photos and not one leak coming from anything Better Built did please by any means. You can call me, this is Gage or text 225-347-1901 Thanks again

Disregarded the ordinance against solicitation in our subdivision as well as the sign posted on my door. Not a good indicator of integrity in a company.

We appreciate the 1 star review for working a neighborhood that we already have work in. A simple phone call to the office would have been good enough to make sure our guys stay out.

It was a wonderful experience. Gage worked tirelessly with my insurance company to make sure I got what I deserved. The workers worked nonstop from start to finish and left my home very clean. Everything was picked up and back to normal. They did a great job.

Top notch customer service and repair. They were honest about their work and timely in the repair. A minor repair to them. It was a major issue for us and they made it easy.

Very pleased with the work performed by Gage and his team at Better Built. They communicated frequently and clearly with me the whole process - from initial inspection, to updates with insurance carrier, to scheduling the work, through completion. The team that performed the work showed up on time and efficiently knocked out the entire roof in one day. Impressively, the work crew was also very clean - laying down protective equipment around the perimeter of the home making clean up fairly easy and effective. Highly recommend Gage and his crew if you have any roofing needs, especially in an industrial that has some shady characters - Gage and Better Built are good people.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Love my new roof!! Gage with Better Built Contractors made the entire process smooth and stress-free from start to finish. The crew knocked it out in just one day, and the clean-up was so thorough you’d never know they were here. The multiple financing options made it easy for me to take care of everything I needed—roof, interior repairs, and even the garage door.
