  DO NOT LET THESE GUYS WORK ON YOUR HOME!!!!! They replaced my roof with a new metal roof. Which looked destroyed by the time they installed it. They tried touch up spraying with a Harbor freight paint sprayer making it 10 times worse. Come to find out the sewage event that was vented prior to the new roof being installed was broken off right under the roof. A year later, once we found it and the mold in our attic from them, not doing their job properly they tell us to take it to court and they won’t do anything to fix the issue. Stevin is the worst in the business! If they do not want to fix it, I’ll give them some free advertisement!

  This company showed up in our neighborhood at 545am on a Tuesday blasting heavy metal from their car- 1 worker, all 4 doors open- woke up me, my wife, and children. Awful awareness of their surroundings.

  Mr. Caldwell, the neighbor of concern, is indeed an employee at our company. He lives in your neighborhood and was cleaning out his vehicle before starting his day. I spoke with the employee who said you approached him while he was playing the music, and he profusely apologized for the disturbance. We were not working at a job site. He was simply cleaning out his company vehicle before his work day. This was, as you mentioned, an oversite of his surroundings. While I am not undermining your irritation, technically, this is a neighborly dispute and not a reflection of our company or its services. Regardless, the employee was given personal instruction to be more aware of his surroundings and to be more thoughtful of others around him. He was sincerely apologetic for his action and assured me something like this would not happen again.

  Dear Mr. Creech, I am deeply sorry for the unfortunate experience you have had with Roofs Restored. It appears that we did not live up to your or our expectations on this occasion, and I would like to express my sincere apologies for the inconvenience this has caused you. The issue that transpired was an internal error whereby a former manager who was not authorized to sign a contract for a Fortified Roof did so. I deeply regret that this led to a delay and confusion, and I understand how frustrating this must have been for you. Since your experience, we have taken strong measures to rectify the situation and prevent such errors from recurring. The individual in question is no longer with the company, and we have since improved our internal processes and staff training to ensure that we are now fully Fortified Certified and prepared to install both Hurricane Fortified and High Wind Fortified roofs. I am relieved to learn that you were able to find another contractor and that your roofing needs have been met. It is our sincere hope that the action we've taken demonstrates our commitment to ensuring a situation like this will not happen again. We truly regret the negative impact this experience had on your view of our company. Rest assured, we have learned from this incident and will strive to improve our services continually.   Mr Ray, we are sorry that your personal experience with Roofs Restored was not to your expectations. We spoke to the specialist and he informed us that he never conveyed that we would not do that work. Unfortunately, this seems to be a case of confusion between warranty and insurance. The damage that your home incurred was from a named storm that unfortunately voided any manufacturer or workmanship warranty. This falls outside of the manufacturer warranty, because there were no defects in the material. Furthermore, the damage your roof sustained is outside the scope for the 2 year workmanship warranty that we offer, because the roof installation was installed correctly. Warranties protect you from bad workmanship and bad materials. After the job was completed and inspected you were presented with a completion form to confirm that you were satisfied with the work done on your home, which you signed. Since this was outside of warranty, we had to present you with a repair bid. We understand that you considered our bid too high, however you were informed of the limitations we’ve had clearly stated explaining why our costs were higher than you would have liked. Furthermore, you always have the freedom to choose a different repair service provider. Your review seems to portray your disapproval of our costs rather than a depiction of our services.

  Came out to give me an estimate, looked at roof and gutters, we talked about it and he said he’d get back to me but never did. Emailed a reminder but no response. Guess they don’t want my money. Next.

  Our sincerest apologies. I checked with the specialist that came out to your house and he informed us that his last conversation with you seemed conclusive. With that, he placed your file in the back of his system and said he did not see your email which is why he did not respond. While this has been the busiest season for our company with hundreds of clients requesting assistance in a given week due to hurricane Ida, this is 100% an oversight on our part and we apologize again.

  Roofs Restored replaced our roof recently due to hail damage. Debra was our Sales Representative. She walked us through the process and stayed in touch every step of the way. This company is very professional and organized. The materials used are very high quality. Our new roof is beautiful!

  Debra Ridgedell was my sales person. She worked us through a smooth process with our insurance company She was able to get our insurance to pay for a full roof when they said it wasn’t damaged.
