Horrible communication and follow-up! After meeting with Justin in June and providing renovation plan paperwork to Maria on July 1st, I decided to email them. They informed me they "... do not have the man power to proceed with a project like ours." That would have been nice to know several weeks ago!

Hi Samantha, we apologize for your experience. Remodeling can be lengthy and complicated, and it's sometimes best not to accept and over-promise a job if we feel we cannot deliver our absolute best work for your project. Our records show that our team had reached out twice and explained we could not take the job. Please reconsider this review as it does not reflect our work.

Ron was extremely rude during our phone call trying to schedule a quote. Decided not to use company based on his interactions. He demanded I send him my insurance paperwork and told me “I’m not sure what you’re trying to do but I’ve been doing this for over 30 years” in an unpleasant tone.

Punctual. Professional. Reliable. Kevin is an excellent project manager who is very personable. The 5 men who installed my roof worked tirelessly from dawn til dusk. My roof was in bad shape, and it needed repair and replacement. They had the capabilities to get the job done perfectly. I highly recommend A & A Roofing and Construction.

My husband and I are extremely pleased with the work done by A & A. They installed a new roof on our home following Hurricane Ida which caused a tree top to go through the roof over our garage. They also repaired the damage done to our garage interior, replacing all the ceiling sheet rock and painting the entire space. We decided to go ahead and convert the garage space to a bonus room, so they removed the old garage door, built an exterior wall, and added a front door and two windows. Everyone that has come over remarks on how the new exterior looks like the house was designed that way. Our primary contacts with A& A for the garage project were Maria and Alex……. They did an outstanding job of making sure all our expectations were not only met but exceeded. We highly recommend both them and all members of the work crew that made this project a go……. Competent and extremely nice. We hope to use A and A again for future renovation we are planning.

The customer service is very good. The estimate was very detailed and competitive. The rep came on time and was very courteous and attentive. He asked my concerns and explained options in enough detail that were easily understood and not too technical. I would recommend this company. Thanks again
