  This roofing company seems organized and timely in their work, hence the 2 stars. Otherwise, they are NOT a skylight company and they are not detail oriented when it comes to roofing. Re: skylights - they prepped a quote and contract for us to do roofing and skylight installation, which was very misleading. Placing skylights from the roof only into the attic space should not be called "installation." They told us we would need to do dry-walling but never informed us that they don't even touch the inside of the house. They verbally said it's possible to move the beams which we assumed would mean they would take that into account when it comes to placement and get permits if needed. But no, they only place skylights on the roof and open them into the attic space and leave. If we had known their limitations beforehand, then we would not have paid so much money for the little skylight work they did and certainly would have lined up a contractor to do EVERYTHING else. If you plan to get Skylights done, please work with a full-service provider. Re: roofing - we knew we had some rotten boards and had discussed paying extra to replace those rotten boards. The company did bare minimum. We can see slight un-evenness on the roof from the rotten boards they did not replace. Despite having the financial incentive to do the job correctly, they finished the job quickly and moved on. Definitely won't be using a company that prioritizes time over quality again in the future.

Yes, we are a roofing company that specializes in skylight installations. There is a lot said in your post that seems contradictory in nature, as to where and how skylights are placed and the finishing work involved. The information you offer here does not match any of our current installations.   I'm not an expert in roofing, but I have hired contractors for other home improvements and Top Line Roofing is among the best. Jordan handled me professionally from start to finish. Often the estimators provide a quote and then you never hear from them again. He was involved throughout the job. I paid extra for a 3rd layer of roofing materials before the job started, and was happy to do so. The workers were clean and polite. I highly recommend Top Line!

  10/10 would recommend. Top Line Roofing are true professionals and are the best. They came in and fixed shoddy work done by previous roofers and a terminate repair company. My roof is night and day difference after they repaired it.

  One of my neighbors had recommended, Top Line Roofing to me, when I noticed a roof leak, after the rain. They immediately arranged for a free inspection. Their estimate was very reasonable and they arranged the roof repair right away. The repair crew were very experienced and efficient. Was very impressed by Top Line Roofing.

  REPAIR: Fixed multiple broken tiles (due to wildlife), checked for water damage, sealed a water leak, built water diversions, and debris clean up. SUMMARY: They do what they are going to say plus more. Its a very pleasant experience. Pricing is very competitive. STORY: After receiving multiple quotes, it became clear early on that Top Line was going to be the team I was going to select. I'm glad I did because they did not disappoint. I was provided clear photographic proof of the areas that needed repair and how they were going to solve my problem. One company used satellite imagery and then flew a drone over my house but its hard to beat the photos taken by a person on the roof. I was provided a clear quote for the job and I signed. The office team is super friendly and highly proficient at communicating the steps for service, scheduling, and payment. There was an issue on communication, mostly on my part, and they handled it no problem. Install team is the best! It was a small job so only 2 guys came out but they were friendly, fast, and extremely skilled. The tiles they brought didn't exactly match but they went up on the wet roof made the repairs with a dark grey sky overhead. This was a life saver because I didn't want to have open leaks with an upcoming down poor forecasted in a few days. The storm came and there were no leaks. When the weather cleared, they came back equipped with better matching tiles. Took the extra time to rearrange the tiles so the front facing tiles matched the original and weathered undamaged tiles. I couldn't be happier with the results. This is how a company should operate. When I do get a new roof I know who to trust - Top Line Roofing
